Honest, helpful and friendly staff. Property is clean and beautiful. Nice breakfast buffet—had at least 5 different kinds of food. Good tea and coffee. 24hour room service was quick and food was tasty. One thing though I had a hard time connecting to the wifi (even also at the airport wifi— not easy to connect) but was able to connect at the lobby wifi. :) they also have lift/elevators and for me this is very important to know.

Booked the property for my family. Worth the amount they charge for one night. I took a package that included dinner and breakfast. The food was delicious and wholesome. Overall, I would recommend the property based on the tariff, location, and food.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Orion Plaza for three nights, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. Firstly, the hotel's location was excellent, making it easy for us to get in and out of the city. The food was delicious, and the room service was prompt and efficient. What made our stay stand out, however, was the attentive and courteous staff who went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Special thanks to the Assistant Manager, Michael, who helped us with everything from activating our mobile SIM card to booking our train tickets to Agra. His professionalism and dedication to ensuring we had an enjoyable stay did not go unnoticed. However, while the overall experience was exceptional, I suggest improving the WIFI connectivity and hot water to meet minimum standards. Despite this minor issue, I highly recommend The Orion Plaza to anyone looking for a memorable hotel experience.

Very bad
Bathroom was dirty with hairs on the floor not cleaned from previous stay. Toilet bowl was stained inside. Curtains were very dirty. Comforter n sheets were stained. No toiletries provided. Had to ask for Iron n hair dryer several times. Coffee pot was dirty. Overall very bad room. Check in was good. I was allowed to check in early.

The property isnt as clean. At one point it might have been a great spot but now it doesnt meet a 3 star standard at all. Also, the evening staff isnt professional- calling at 2 am asking for id is one example. A 2.5 stars from me is a stretch!

The room was in poor condition (needed paint). We had a suite. One bed was fine but the matress on the second bed was as hard as a board. We could hear the music from the banquet room through the walls.

The hotel staff was friendly, but the towels and bed sheet are not very clean, very worn, and had yellow spots on them. Also, when I searched hotels,com using filter 4-5 stars, this hotel showed up as a four star hotel. this is no way correct. this hotel is more like a 2-star hotel.

The room was comfortable and clean. There was no communication from beginning. I was quoted 2 different amounts for early checkin. I wasnt confirmed the airport pickup till lastminute and no one picked me up! I had to taxi myself. Waited for room, the staff couldnt fix my tv, staff took my info for a train arrangements and a cellphone charger..but did not follow up. They gave minimal information and made no effort to try to help me with anything. I did not feel welcome except for the older doorman outside. Not a good feeling as a guest..more like a ghost.

Finally a clean room
Fast check-in, convenient access right from pink subway line at NEHRU ENCLSVE station (not hat hotel. Com lists). Breakfast was in nice setting with slow service, but sufficient choices. Room spacious and great bead with clean sheets. For once, all worked and I would definitely book again. Thank you managent for paying attention to the important hospitality factors, vwelk done.

Had a one night stay with hotel Orion plaza. Warmly welcome by hotel staff and hotel owner with some drinks .it was a great stay,Room were very huge and clean. Staff was too supportive and friendly.Great location near to to Nehru palace market. Recommended.

this hotel is so bad. When I rest at the room, suddenly a staff come inside without knock. The room was smell so bad and dirty and the bathroom was wetting. I could not walk at all.

출장 간 곳에서 묵었던 델리의 호텔입니다. 방은 크고 침대도 큰 편입니다. 네루플레이스 근처에 있는데 그쪽으로 길 건너 가면 핸드폰, 컴퓨터 엄청 파는 지역이 하나 있고 더 가면 지하철 역이 있습니다. 지역적으로 봤을 때 식당이 많지는 않습니다. 호텔에 식당이 하나 있는데, 분위기는 좋습니다. 메뉴도 다양하게 있는 편입니다. 그리고 음식도 마시업찌는 아느나 쪼금 빘안 편이있구 맛도 시장이 반찬인거 같습니다. 방에 티비는 있으나 케이블은 연결 되지 않아 아무것도 안 나왔고, 냉장고도 없으며 정말 짧게 잠만 자고 나오는 방입니다. 샤워실의 샴푸랑 바디워시가 향이 강해서 별로 였고, 솔찍히 한국의 ㅁㅌ보다 몬합니당. 돈 쪼까 더 주고 쪼까 더 빘안 곳으로 가십시요! 도움이 되셨낄!
