“A restful place to stay in a big, noisy city.”

i have nothing negative to say about this hotel. It was a truly pleasant experience; the staff were well trained and professional, the overall ambience was very pleasing. Great.

“Very Nice Hotel”

If we ever went back to Delhi we would choose this hotel again. The staff were very friendly. The restaurant served a wide choice of food and was excellent. We were able to walk back to our hotel late evening and felt safe. It took us approx 25 minutes to walk to the Indian Gate. Overall we were very pleased with our choice. We also arranged directly with the hotel to pick us up from the airport.

Would recommend this hotel specially the Horizon Club Rooms, as you have included in the price transfers, internet access, light breakfast (not full breakfast) and cocktails and special check-in in service.

“Decent business hotel”

Well situated business hotel with very attentive staff. The top floor Horizon Club adds a lot of value to a business trip - makes a change from working in your room, and decent snacks served all day. Attend the "happy hour" from 6-8 and you don't need to bother with dinner! Spa and gym facilities excellent, although a little too much road noise at the outdoor pool.

Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. The spa facilites are divine and I would recommend the upgrade to the Horizon Club- lovely lounge overlooking India Gate with complimentary High Tea and drinks in the evenings.

My husband and I had an excellent stay at The Shangria (Delhi). The food and Spa were fantastic. The room was very comfortable friendly and efficient staff. Unfortunately it was too short a stay for us. We will definetely go back there.

“Brilliant Hotel”

From the moment I was met at the airport to final check out the service and friendliness of the staff was exceptional. The hotel is beautifully appointed with very comfortable and clean rooms. We ate in the hotel almost every night and without fail the food was excellent quality and delicious. I would particularly recommend the drivers who were always prompt - despite several instances of severe delays they were always waiting and a very welcome sight! I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this as one of the best hotels I've ever stayed.

“One of the best in Delhi?”

I have stayed here twice on business. Having stayed at a few other comparable hotels in Delhi (although not The Imperial or Sheraton) this is better than The Park, Lalit, Royal Plaza etc. Godd service, helpful staff, good rooms. The breakfast in the executive lounge is good, the ground floor restaurant is ok but not great. All in all though, I plan to stay again.
