Very basic not many things wok; too many staff to help; food disappointing; rooms tiny. Wifi doesn’t work. Ola couldn’t be contacted easily.

Dear Mr Ramachandran,We always wanted our staff to provide assistance effectively to honor the requests. We also provided you an upgrade for suite rooms but you required on the lower floor. The only uniqueness of this property is neither real hotel nor staying here no one care u or your needs, Breakfast area is a passage where only 8-12 people has take their breakfast if u sit for breakfast then must stand and go to the kitchen(actually a exit area of building)for ask ur breakfast . This property is only a time pass staying arrangement by the owner ..

No one bothered to come and clean the room for 4 days of our stay. No replacement of toilet accessories and service is also not up to mark. Prices are high as compared to local standards.

House keeping cleans the room & toilet accessories are replenished everyday, we have a card saying make my room/ do not sisturb. Inconvenience is regretted however there must be some confusion we also ask our guest while handing over the key whether to make the room for privacy. Thank you

Accommodating staff
We stayed at Orania as recommended by a friend and it was indeed a wonderful stay. The owner (Zafar) and the driver he assigned to us were very accommodating. They helped us with our transportation and tour, including our day trip to Agra. Place was comfortable and very affordable as well.

Great location poor hospitality
ホテルはHauz Khas Village や green park market, Hauz Khas market が徒歩圏内ですごく便利な場所にあります。 ただフロントスタッフに目的地への一番快適な行き方を聞いても答えられなかったり、レイトチェックアウトについて聞いても当日のチェックアウト時間まで何度も問い合わせても明確な回答がもらえない、現金での支払いが一部発生することを伝えないといったことが多々ありました。 場所は良いですがhospitality が最悪なので二度と使わないです。
