There was confusion during the check-in. I’ll simply say that they overbooked to hotel. The other ‘Yes Please’ hotel just down the road was able to accommodate us according to the specifics of our booking (it wasn’t automatic though). The staff was very attentive and culturally congenial. Not for light sleepers -at least on the first floor

Yes yo stay again
Not really nothing to complain about other than the choice of God in the hotel. Manage and all staff very friendly and efficient. Initially booked for 3 nights but ended up extending stay to 11 nights. One of the better budget hotels in the area and will use it again.

Good Location With Great 247 Restaurant
It was a struggle to find the hotel as the taxi driver tried to drop us at various hotels that weren't ours! In the end we got out and walked and using Google Maps it was easy to locate. The reception staff wouldn't let me carry my own bag and then stood in the room wanting a tip despite us not having local currency at our first stay. The room was a bit tired, bed sheets were worn out and had holes and rips in them. The air conditioner unit failed to work, and despite us raising this to staff we were advised to use the fan instead; I specifically booked a hotel with aircon given the 35+ degree summer temperatures! The room had a fridge which was useful to keep bottled water cool, but unfortunately no safe. The wifi was ok once logged in. There was a 247 restaurant next door. Alcohol wasn't served but the food was AMAZING! The location was in a small street just off the main drag in Paharganj, far enough away but close enough. There was usually a tuktuk waiting at the end of the street, but the drivers were greedy so negotiate hard! Hotel staff were friendly and looked after our bags on our last day as we had a late train. there wasn't a safe room, they were just left under the stair but there was security on the door permanently. After Holi we managed to stain the bedsheets with colour and I agreed that we should contribute something for them despite the condition of them being very poor. The hotel charged us 5x the going rate which left a bad taste.

Great value for the money. I have stayed in this hotel for a total of months and they always provide a great experience. Hotel is very nice for the area and is a 2 minute walk to the metro, 10 minute walk to the train station, and just feet from tons of restaurants and shops. Personable and friendly staff puts the experience over the top. Paying just a bit extra will get you an upgraded room.

clean hotel providing great value for money
This is the second time we've stayed in this hotel and there's good reasons for this - the staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel is spotless, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable and they represent great value for money. The location of the hotel may put more timid travellers off - the local area is, to use a euphemism, "authentic India". There is a huge market in the next street selling lots of great value items, and the hotel is just round the corner from the metro station; the main train station is only a 25-minute walk away. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but you can place a food order through the reception and a tasty and good value meal will be promptly delivered. The Wi-Fi signal is often quite iffy but, then again, who wants to be glued to their devices when there's a city to explore?

Hi the stay at treebo natrajyes please quite good. The staff especially reception staff ashish, dharamraj and other people were helpfull all the time. when arrived at Natrajyes please i was shocked to note that Hotels.com has cancelled but the staff at reception were quite helpful and they provided the accommodation. At the outset the hotel is quite good.

The room itself was very small nothing special with no window, it was possible to hear noise, coming from the next room, toilet being flushed, talking, ect due to a shared utility partion. you can find a lot more comfort at this price point. The bed sheets were dirty, I found several pubic hairs, and head hairs on the sheets, there were also stains on the sheets. The WiFi was bad, and the little guy who showed me to my room didn't want to leave, he stood there smiling at me for a minute until I gave him a tip to leave.

When we arrived the room we were given had lots of small black flies in bathroom, the sink leaked and toilet seat was very loose, we was moved to the taj room which was very nice and we still had some small issues that staff helped us with along with manager, the rooms were a little dated but are being refurbished. So overall good and breakfast was okay along with food in hotel. It is quite noisy outside with horns continually going off and dogs barking and fighting but it is Delhi

Good Value Hotel for People on a Budget
This hotel is well located within a couple of minutes walk from the Metro and less than 10minutes walk from New Delhi Train Station. Connaught Placee also close by and the other sights are a short metro ride away. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful even helping me book the train to Agra for the following day. WiFi is good and there is plenty of hot water in the rooms. Only negative thing I can say is the bed was fairly hard and uncomfortable. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone on a budget.

Nice Hotel felt safe as solo female
I would definitely recommend this hotel! I was a female travelling alone and felt safe. Staff was friendly and helpful. My room although small was super clean and efficient! I will definitely book this hotel again! Breakfast was simple but good enough to start the day. Wi-Fi worked well. Near to main bazaar road so easy walking distance to shopping and other food places.

It is OK.
It is value for money. The hotel is on very busy street. Windows are simple wooden frame windows, so at night the noise is various and enormous.

Very Basic
Very basic stay, I guess you get what you pay for. Room was large but underwhelming, staff were pleasant enough and early check-in was allowed. Raised and issue with my TV and needed to follow-up the following morning because nobody came to my room to fix it. Breakfast was very basic, two eggs with toast and on my second and third day I didn't even bother. I'm sure there are other hotels for similar price better quality than this one. The hotel is very close to the metro which was good.

A Little Gem
Terrific value for money. The room was a good size, spotlessly clean and equipped with a modern, quiet A/C unit. The bed was comfortable and the linen was clean. A special word for the free WiFi - it was lightning fast (76mbps!) and stable. Breakfast was included in the astonishingly low room rate, though it was rather basic and bland. All in all I can heartily recommend this hotel. It is located only 2 minutes walk from RK Ashram Marg metro station so getting around is easy.

Great staff, but hotel could be nicer...
I was granted an early check-in and a room upgrade which is great! Room service is 24 hours but so-so. Simple breakfast, same thing everyday. Wifi not terrible. My room faced the back road and there were drums played and loud music, so I needed ear plugs every night. Room decor also tacky. Didn't bother with the TV. Fridge smelled like something died inside but smell went away after turning it on. There is no housekeeping so trash was not cleared and towels not changed daily automatically. To the right, the street is lively at night, probably a bazaar. There's Subway nearby. Taxi service provided by hotel might be expensive (1500rs for the day, depending on number of hours and distance travelled) if you're not travelling to that many places - you're better off taking Uber. Quite close to Connaught Place. Do not go to the spa in the basement! They do not change the massage table sheets! It was sticky when I climbed onto the massage table, so I suspected it, and the masseuse did not dispose it after I was done.

convenient and quiet hotel, 5 minutes from metro.
This was the quietest room so far in Delhi, so sleeping in was not a problem. It was nicely decorated, simple and clean, and staff were helpful. Room was fairly clean, if a little small, but no complaints and the fact that it was so quiet was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was simple but perfectly fine, although would have preferred more coffee!

A budget yet pleasant stay
Happy. They could have done more but for the amount that i have paid i think its oki. They were very helpful as they changed my 100usd as a part of the hotel rent. With the current restless monetary system In INDIA this was quite a help

Very Clean
Once you locate it, 300 metres from the metro, you will be pleased with the hotel on the inside. Clean room, great bed, own shower and sink. Good AC and a fan. Very quiet, great for sleeping. Breakfast good.

A disappointment in Delhi
A terrible place. Room was clean enough after looking at 5 rooms. The one we stayed in was the best of the stale-smoke filled or moldly room. Hotel boasts free internet yet does not provide then the desk staff say it's your fault although we asked 8 times to have it fixed. No clear communication. Area is a tad dodgy it would explain the low rate. We chose a simple place but this place but really was not that simple. Shower1/2 worked after calling for help. Then came out both sides.... "Tea" amenity was accompanied by a dirty and smelly tea pot. Bellmen were polite and kind.
