Stayed on a queen bed room and the space of the room is not enough. Also old fittings makes uncomfortable. Air condition is not proper. Feels building and room are quiet old. 7000 rs per night is not worth to stay on this hotel because other star hotels nearby have the same price range and good facilities. The breakfast was good. Over crowdy and felt like the reception folks are getting panic while attending customers. Overall the experience is OK to stay and not Better.
Rooms are too small like pigeon hole. Toilet is ver cramped up. The service in breakfast is absolutely third rate. Refill of the empty dishesis done when the manager is called and shown empty dishes.

It was little expensive but I had no other choice as I was booking it for my parents and wanted them to have good experience. The least you could do is dropping your customers to the airport rather than charging them twice the market value. I know you will find all types of excuses to justify it but keeping this review if someone from hotel management can look in to it. the airport is not 1000's of KM away from hotel and wont cost you fortune even if you provide at least one way service free of cost, or put a small shuttle service.

Airconditioning didn’t work in elevators. Noise of construction going on. Check in and front desk always short staffed and had to wait for extending stays and other interaction. Could be value for money if these improvements are made

They charged me for an extra night for 2 rooms that I didn't use. And when I asked to be refunded, they pretended they didn't understand. They didn't realize that my friend could speak Hindi and said they were deliberately doing it to keep the money.

Nice hotel close to the airport and close to a wide variety of restaurants.

Staff was extremely helpful. Thought there was a very strong scent of perfume in the lobby air. Would tone that down a bit.

Our flight was cancelled at the last minute. We booked on line very early in the morning and arrived at the hotel at 5am. We explained our situation to the reception staff who were kind enough to let us wait in the lounge with all our luggage. Our room was ready a little early and they let us in. We dined in house and found staff with hearing/ speaking disabilities also keen to assist. All staff went out of their way to assist us. Whilst the hotel clean and comfortable our stay was enhanced knowing they provided working opportunities to those less fortunate to the majority. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The hotel is great, and the nearby dining options are very convenient.
If you are a tourist visiting Delhi, the location is inconvenient and very far from the sights. I would stay closer to the action. However, if you have a very short stay and need to be close to the airport, then the location is fine.

Very kind & helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was incredible, so much variety and delicious. Clean and comfortable bed and reasonable cost of the stay. Good security.

I never stayed there requested Expedia before hand to cancel my booking I still was charged the hotel team said they never got a cancellation email or call so they charged me despite of the hotel staff never answering the phone !! Mismanagement and need to refund my money asap !!

After almost a month of travel this was the only property I had a poor experience. I was unaware of the security requirements of aero City so when I arrived I was confused about the scanning and frisking to enter the property. I asked several people who works threre what was going on and was given no explanation. No one said it is a requirement from the government due to proximity to airport. Thanks to Google I was able to figure that out but only after confusion on arrival. Be prepared to be frisked and bags search every time you leave the proprty and return even if to go to the market for some soda. The staff were generally aloof and disengaged. I asked one staff where the pool was and without looking up just nooded their head to a direction without any words. My wake up call was not done but I had already lost faith it was going to happen so I had multiple alarms for my middle of the night departure.
The room was small but tidy but the shared multi use soaps and lotions that precious guests used was unhygienic. The property was like a holiday inn Express.
Overall the property had a convenient location but the staff demeanour spoiled the experience.
I seen reviews about this hotel before booking this hotel before my flight to Canada and there were some bad comments and some good comments. I was reluctant to book this hotel as was not sure if room will be clean and if shower will be good. But I was very happy to find that this was excellent hotel. Room was clean, bed was good shower was good, service good, very safe. I will book again when need it.
Parents had a great stay. Breakfast was amazing. Staff and Service were excellent!

Staff behind the desk very unfriendly They never answer the phone. !!! I left some items behind, and I have been unable to reach them. They don’t answer the phone and they do not reply to email.
The early basic breakfast buffet which starts at 4 am is a godsend for early departures! Great idea which my friends told me the other hotels in Aerocity strip didnt have.
The hotel was perfect for our needs. It was safe and quiet away from all the honking and traffic of downtown New Delhi and the amenities were all wonderful. Would definitely stay here again
