I had one of the most horrible hotel stay.
On arrival, I was sent to a room without room key, and the room was not prepared. There were no towels, no toiletries, no water. As I stepped in, the lights went out and management took 15 minutes to fix it. Then I asked for a room key as I may have to go out. They said that this room has no keys and they will, take care of my stuff in my absence so, I should not worry. I said that it is not appropriate to be in a room without a key or any kind of card to lock the doors when I go out. I felt so unsafe and tricked by these horrible people. Then, They said they will change my room in next an hour. Unfortunately that happened after two hours, and during those three hours I had to be there, with the inconvenience of being in a place which was not ready.
Hotel said that they provide buffet breakfast. That’s a fraud. They have a kitchen, but there is no restaurant and they don’t provide buffet breakfast. This is a lie and a fraud with the customers who book on Internet looking at the available amenities and I am appalled that Expedia is facilitating this unprofessional exploitation of customers who are flying to India from abroad. Food you need to send was limited supply and was not hygienic. Morning when I requested for breakfast I had to wait for about 90 minutes before a limited amount of breakfast arrived less than what I have requested it was not healthy food.
They don’t provide regular airport shuttles.
