Reception guy was good and he understood that the hotel was unlivable with kids as there was mosquitos. No kettle to make coffee/tea. Very unhygienic and poorly maintained.

This is not a hotel,
The pictures posted on hotel.com are not from this hotel. The pictures from the bedroom are totally different from what the rooms looks like. This is a horrible place. The room was very very dirty. I was not able to sleep or use the bathroom. Not even an animal can stay in this room. I ended up choosing another hotel across from this hotel. This hotel can not be call a hotel. It should no be promote and hotel.com
