I always book affordable room particularly in Europe because sometime I have to stay over 10 or 15 nights and never been disappointed with what I pay for. This time in India I had booked this hotel for 10 nights and as I entered the room after checking in I was completely shocked after 10 - 15 sitting on the bed my body started aching. As the room was non refundable I really didn't know what to do?! to whom shall I complain?! I called to Hotels.com, I would like to thank them so much I talked to 3 agents that night and none of them let me down and they booked me another very clean hotel nearby and I immediately around 3:30 AM to it.
