Our Hotel checkin was terrible, hotel staff was not able to find reservations when we share booking details provided by Expedia, they started asking payment voucher which was strange. It took almost 45 mins for them to figure out we have reservations. We called Expedia customer care as well but they said it’s not their department. When I requested for correct contact number they simply hang up the call, had really bad experience with Expedia customer care Complementary breakfast was not good, we had to skip it.

The room was spacious and very clean, toiletries and teakettle provided, good wifi. Only noise the usual being an airport hotel.

No hotel room, no money back.
When I arrived at the hotel, I was told my room is in a different building. I was guided towards a different hotel. I checked the rating of the new hotel and saw that it was very poorly rated. I insisted on going back to the hotel I booked with. There I found out that the hotel I booked with was overbooked, which means hotel Amora lied to me initially. Since I had payed the full amount ahead of time I asked for my money back, wich I was denied. After booking a new hotel myself I contacted hotels.com for compensation. They contacted hotel Amora, but the hotel lied about what happened, which means they will keep the money even though they were not able to provide a room. The area around the hotel is sketchy.
