When I arrived at the hotel, I was told my room is in a different building. I was guided towards a different hotel. I checked the rating of the new hotel and saw that it was very poorly rated. I insisted on going back to the hotel I booked with. There I found out that the hotel I booked with was overbooked, which means hotel Amora lied to me initially. Since I had payed the full amount ahead of time I asked for my money back, wich I was denied. After booking a new hotel myself I contacted hotels.com for compensation. They contacted hotel Amora, but the hotel lied about what happened, which means they will keep the money even though they were not able to provide a room. The area around the hotel is sketchy.
