Nothing to like at this place, manager was chewing paan and spat it everywhere while talking. No luggage support i carried it most of the time. Room was extremely dirty stains everywhere room 407. I have some pics and can upload it for you, walls were mouldy and toilet had water leakage everywhere , please remove this hotel from your expedia list kids were scared to go inside toilet because floor was dirty and taps and basins were. Mouldy we used mineral water to brush our teeth they gave us towels completely stained yellow and much more worse experience ever . Very very unprofessional staff they didn't gave my invoice of any kind on asking they said they will email me . Please remove this hotel and put them in blacklist

Loved the amazing Sunday buffet spread we had at HOTEL airport city. Everything from salads to Italian, Indian and the Asian section was so freshly prepared and delicious. The staff is extremely warm and welcoming and ensure that you have a good time. We loved the desserts section as well. The live music was a cherry on the cake!

My recent stay at AIRPORT CITY Delhi exceeded all expectations. The hotel's contemporary design, spacious rooms, and exceptional dining options made for a memorable experience. The staff was attentive, and the amenities were top-notch. Conveniently located near the airport, I highly recommend AIRPOPRT CITY Delhi for a luxurious stay in the city.

Stayed at hotel airport City 3 nights for an event and can only recommend it. The room is comfortable, has a great bed, big window and office area. The bathroom is huge, special mention to the shower, very relaxing after a day of work. Breakfast and food at the restaurant is simply great. Some locals say it could be better but for my European palate it's just perfect. Service is what one would expect of a 4_star hotel, very attentive and quick. If you are traveling for business or need a stay close to the airport I can't recommend this hotel enough.

A great property. The best part was the food.Went for my anniversary dinner and took the buffet. Every dish tasted amazing and the hospitable staff added to my dining experience . A good variety of food items and value for money.Had an amazing evening.I’ve been coming here for 3 years in a row. It’s my go-to when I land in Delhi. I’d recommend it to anyone trying to ease into India

My stay at The airport City in New Delhi was truly exceptional. The property's beauty, impeccable maintenance, and friendly, attentive staff made for a memorable experience. Top class hotel and restaurant. Amazing hotel. I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and all staff members made me feel at home. Room was spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable. Staff at the reception very helpful and staff at the restaurant friendly. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant is top quality. Every evening something different. All top class!

We came after 10 years and stayed here.,,,,,, not only the stay is pleasant but the food and hospitality is amazing. Saurav is one of the servers and he helped us a lot with my son being sick and getting him light food! Chef Sundar was amazing… he made us a chocolate pastry last minute for my anniversary. He also make sure the we liked it and food was good …..Overall the staff The attention to detail in the room decor and amenities was remarkable. The staff's warmth and professionalism made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city's attractions. I especially loved the delicious breakfast spread that was offered. I recently had the pleasure of staying at here and it was truly a delightful experience. From start to finish, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were welcoming and accommodating. They made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. I had the pleasure of staying at hotel airport city during a recent trip with my family and I must say, it exceeded all of our expectations. The hotel boasts a beautiful decor and huge, luxurious rooms. The swimming pool was an added bonus and provided the perfect spot to relax after a long day. The foI love this hotel is so nicely designed and I stayed here for one night and I love how the sunlight falls in different corners of the property throughout the day and makes it a beautiful experience. Love the breakfast menu, it was so delicious freshly cooked and served. There is a rooftop pool and a gym as well. Polite and kind staff. It is highly recommended to visit this place. Total experience was too good.od was delicious and made for a great dining experience. Overall, it was a fantastic stay

Attended a roka ceremony of my childhood friend here yesterday and I have to say it was a wonderful experience, the ambiance, the food, the drinks were all sensational, the event was well organised and it all went smoothly, what really impressed me more than the food was the level of hospitality from the staff, all of them were friendly and served up lots of food without any delay, Harshit was at the bar making some delicious mojitos which were very delicious and my mother couldn’t resist them! Also had a great conversation with ashwin who was an intern there. Definitely would recommend your special function to be conducted here as the level of hospitality was unmatched.

Bad stay
The condition of room is not beautiful as showing in the photo. Have stayed in family room. Air conditioner was broken and water was dripping to the floor. Initially told that second day booking has cancelled by them and finally when leaving some other person was there and charged extra amount.

Cold water did not work. taps broken. Bathroom dirty. Flush took more than 10 minutes to be able to refill again! Could not take a shower properly. This was the whole reason i booked the hotel for 5 hours (6pm till 10 pm) and had to leave completely unsatisfied. Expedia should remove this hotel from listing so that Americans do not get a bad opinion of Expedia.

We stayed there just for the night as we were in transit and needed a place to spend a few hours at night. The area is quite sketchy and I felt unsafe. The rooms are spacious and appliances work fine, staff is helpful.

Stay here only as a last resort.
Check in was disorganized and slow. The room was not clean and incredibly cold, the air conditioner was unplugged the cold air was pouring in through the machine. The concierge at the desk at check out was helpful when our prepaid taxi didn't show up. That was the best thing about our stay.

The hotel is in a narrow street well inside a village. Power outage for few mins. No amenities in the washroom and it was very dirty. Bedsheet had many holes. Very bad experience. Felt unsafe too. Couldn’t leave room with all our stuff inside. Hotel is not professionally managed.

I WAS ON A 1 NIGHT STOP OVER AND NEEDED SOMEWERE HERE THE AIRPORT.THIS HOTEL WAS VERY GOOD IN NEVERY ASPECT TO MY LIKING ,FROM STAFF CLEANINESS AND OVER ALL PRICE I PAID.WILL AGAIN STAY HERE AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

The hotel is a bit run down. I asked to be picked up from the airport, which had been agreed via email/expedia chat. Sadly this didn't happen. I personally would not recommend this hotel to any unless you are desperate.

Nice hotel close to Airport
I had a good experience here. Staff was very helpful. Fast check in. Clean spacious room and clean bathroom. I was able to have a very late check-out while waiting my next flight, for a surcharge of course. But was minimal cost and I was happy to have the extra time.
