Great safe location with plenty of shopping and eatery’s nearby. Large clean rooms ( thank you Vipin for keeping our room so nice) and a welcoming lobby. The breakfast was incredible! Saying it was expansive is an understatement. There was something for everyone. We enjoyed the Indian food most and this was noticed by the staff, especially Kapil. Kapil took extra care of us and brought us freshly made Indian delicacies that we had not had before. The excellent food and special services of Kapil and also Sufiyan made for a wonderful start to every day. All in all, the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. When we return, we will choose The Hilton Garden Inn again.

The hotel is convenient and located in the mall with several shops and eating joints. The overall breakfast quality was average , its odd setup that the food is placed a few levels above and one has to walk down the steps to the tables to eat. Tea quality is somewhat below average. Indian breakfast and late night dining options are good. Staff provided good service. The shower floor is slippery and no face wash.

Property is very old and outdated. Room condition was not at Hilton standard. Dirty sheets. Had to call front desk for clean sheets 2-3 times. The towels were smelly. It’s not worth your money at all we paid premium price for 1 star hotel. Very disappointed. Never again at this hotel.

Two burnt spots on the carpet, the bedboard covered in dust, smudges on the window, hairs on a shower drain, a broken curtain rail, and an opened bottle of shower gel. After a day, they changed the lines and “cleaned” my room but all of those above stayed the same. I trusted the name of Hilton but I am truly disappointedted.

I booked a king double and ended up in a room for guests with disabilities. Reception said I had no choice but to stay in that room as they were fully booked. The bathroom had a fold down chair, the sink was as high as my knees and I found the standards of cleanliness poor. I would not stay here again

I didn't know this Saket place, but I confirmed I made a good reservation. This HIlton Garden Inn is next to the trendy "Select City Walk" shopping mall, and actually hotel is connected to the mall on the 3rd floor. Please try! In the hotel, I looked forward to breakfast every morning. There are varioustypes of options in the buffet, and also you can ask staffs to get something you want to try, such as chai, masala omlett, and other food based on your preference. Also, it was uniqueness of this hotel, they have small Pantry space, so you can buy small snacks and drinks whenever you want. (Price was also reasonable) For outside: -This hotel is also close to the world heritage site " Qutab Minar". About 30 min by taxi (I used app OLA) . - If you like to walk local town, then I suggest to go north from the mall. there are towns and many food stands, after going through small paths. If you are interested, please also try old market. To me those places are peaceful, and kind to tourist. -Finally, the mall. If you are a genuine shopper, you can enjoy the mall whole day. Many global brands are also there, but you can also find indian brands there, so In my case just window shopping was satisfactory. -Last but not least, I really thank you for the door staffs. When I had difficulty to communicate local food delivery, she handled the conversation in Hindi many times. I really appreciate her and I really sad when leaving the hotel. I want to visit this hotel again

The staff was the best. Very considerate and courteous. The fact that several malls are around the hotel is great(not Indian markets) gives a little of the US in India. Right now the hotel doesn’t look pretty due to the renovations, but there was no noise while we stayed there. It was a great stay.

The elevator card system doesn't work properly. Tried to get a airport shuttle, the staff uses confusing language, it didn't work out. The bar charges are high, $7.90 us dollars for a bottle of heineken in india is shocking. Not going back.

The staff where all lovely. The room was clean. The breakfast was first class covering an Indian and continental variety. You could walk straight to the mall and select city walk was adjoining. I would recommend this hotel
