This is a total mixed bag. We did not know whether to cry or laugh at times. Airport pick up was fine. The car is ancient without seat belts at the back, driver started talking in phone while driving and I told him in no uncertain terms that he can not do that while driving with one hand. So, he continued to take all incoming calls to tell the caller that he can not talk now. The receptionist Karuna was very pleasant and helpful. We got Room 411. The guy (Rahul) took us in, turned the AC on, TV on and disappeared. The room was spacious, and clean. I turned hot water in the bathroom on (it was about 6:30 PM), started doing some work using wifi (which was good), my husband went to the bathroom and while seating at the toilet seat he got flooded with HOT water from the water heater. He jumped out before getting burnt. Called the front desk. Rahul showed up, did nothing (his intellectual ability was way below what is required to be in maintenance). Karuna realized the situation. The water heater was exactly above the toiletShe took me to see Room 204 which is a tiny hole (I booked a deluxe room). She went to see if there are any deluxe room available. Rahul showed up and took me to see "another room". It was once again 204. Dumbfounded I came back up in my room, called Karuna and asked if that was a joke. We took bucket shower, had dinner outside.
