Dear Our Esteemed Guest, First & foremost, we have great regret the inconveniences caused you. You flight scheduled has been changed and we rep. waited two there and could not find you due to change of flights & timing. We also spent 270 INR to park our vehicle at IGI Airport. Mam it very necessary to provide flight no. and origin for the pick-up. which not provided by you. You only told that we will at the Airport at 10pm inspite of that in view of good services we sent airport our rep and he waited upto 12am at night and came back. At 1:30am you called at hotel and it was decided that you will come by prepaid tax and we will drop you at morning to catch flight again. But you did not come. Perhaps due to your early morning flight. We again contacted you at 2 am but did not get any response. We once again say sorry for the inconveniences caused.

Dear Sir, First & foremost, we convey our grievances for your inconveniences. Sir your visit was for very short time and you thought to stay for 3-4 hours in lieu of complementary pick-up & drop at the Airport which cost equally the rent you paid for room. Sir your journey was very hectic with four & also with 4-5 big suitcase. I understand your angry which we also suffered. Our Hotel is just with boundary of Airport & you writing here it's away from the airport. 3 Km is Airport area and as you finish airport area you get Hotel. Still you are writing its away from the Airport. We will take care of our bathrooms this is very clean and also using taski product to care it. Bu as you told look into the matter. Last but not least once again we convey our regards to you.
