Amazing staff and hotel
Our stay was amazing! The staff was very polite, friendly and helpful! They were able to accommodated us with an earlier check-in. The hotel was very clean and very well up kept. We will definitely be staying here again.

Nice new hotel conveniently located along Hwy. 380 near the intersection of 287. Clean and friendly, plenty of parking and next to the convention center.

We had a late check in and staff was incredibly understanding, however when asked about breakfast time for the following day they gave us the wrong time & caused us to miss it. The shower was awful and the water wouldn’t stay one temperature, and there were dead bugs in the bathroom.

We had a great stay. The desk clerks were so sweet and helpful. The breakfast was great. This hotel is very clean. I highly recommend staying here!

Bad check-in experience
Arrived @ hotel @ 8 pm, no one @ reception, waited 15 min then used cell to call front desk. Female clerk then came to check us in. Subsequently informed us there was nothing but handicapped rooms available in rooms with king bed. When we inquired about a reg room with 2 double beds instead, was told it wasn’t what we reserved & would cost extra. No apologies, no nothing. Horrible experience, especially for a Marriott Bonvoy member.

Poor customer support, did not receive housekeeping the 4 nights we stayed even though requested service after 2 nights. Had to ask for clean towels they were left on counter in bathroom and old ones in nice stack weren’t removed. Arrived on Memorial Day morning at 9 to find breakfast being put away, that would have been fine if attendant would have asked if we wanted anything on the trays Before she put them in the back. No attention to customer service. Sad beautiful hotel.
