2/10 Terrible

"We booked this hotel because of the Waterpark only to find out the Waterpark has been closed for repairs since this winter. There are no elevators so prepare for more than one trip for your luggage. The hallways do have a terrible smell. In our room, one of the lamps was plugged into an outdoor extension cord. The phone provided in the room was dirtiest phone I've ever seen in a hotel. Never been cleaned. Also the breakfast was bare minimum, a 1 cup size cereal option and waffles. If at all possible choose a different hotel."

"Double queen with kitchenette was below par. Appear to be more for extended stay workers employed in the area and in desperate need of updates. Shower had moldy caulking. Dirty shower curtain. Requested new room and staff was very helpful to provide. 2nd room was not much better. Clearly prior renter had animal in room as mirror and windows were not cleaned from dog slobber. Found a live tick. Both rooms smelled. Sucked it up as had family staying on first floor. Their room appeared to have been much better maintained. Too many hotel options in the area so would not return."
