Brought my wife and daughter for a weekend vacation during spring break and it was awesome. Very comfortable. Balcony had a great view for the beach.

This is an older property and it shows. However, the hotel was very clean and the employees were super accommodating and friendly. Close to several area attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The tiki bar serves drinks and has a food menu that was quite good.

Room was old and run down. The tub faucet on the bath tub was loose and almost falling off the wall. Breakfast consisted of danish,small muffins, bagels that you could toast, cereal and yogurt so not much of a breakfast.

Thank you for the review. We will look into the room issues. Our breakfast is a continental breakfast and is advertised as such. For reference, continental breakfast by definition is coffee & tea with bread, and as you described we offer much more than that.

Mathew the concierge at Fountain was very helpful and informative. Room is excellent. Only downside was no information for ice machine location and other amenities.

The room had a full size refrigerator, while most other hotels have a mini-fridge. Also a kitchenette. Balcony is ALWAYS a plus! Comfortable beds, beautiful beach decor, both in room and lobby areas.Spa and pool clean and in good working order. Will definitely stay here again.

Lady in breakfast room was rude and watching people like a hawk, our door to balcony would not open, There was o room around the pool due to construction it was so crowded people where on top of each other, the jacuzzi was filthy, We will not e back oh and there was a brawl at the tiki bar A big fight broke out it was terrible place to stay……

We're sorry to hear that Toni. There is no construction going on, do you the damage from the 2 hurricanes last year? We can not help what happens at the tiki bar, it's a seperate business.

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. We ended up arriving earlier than planned and the staff went above and beyond letting us check in early. Wonderful vacation with great prices on the food at the bar. The view was wonderful with a clean pool and beach access.

We will stay here again!
This was a great place to stay! Close to the best restaurants and right by beach access (theirs was getting fixed). It was clean and just what we needed right on the beach. A few cosmetic things could be fixed, but it’s not worth picking on because everything else was good!

Room needs updating. Had to ask cleaning staff for something to clean chairs off on balcony- they were filthy. Tub had sand in it but we hadn't gone to the beach. Room was not very clean, used flip flops entire time. Breakfast only bagels/toast/pastry/muffins. It's in great location with self parking.

Was disappointed with our room. Went with another couple and their room was beautifully decorated with a large tv ours was very small. The ceiling was peeling and stuff fell on floor. The continental breakfast was a joke! The hotel also charges 50.00 for unwashed dishes and another 50.00 for unbagged garbage. Why would you leave the cleaning lady any tip when you are doing her job! I am not a slob and I always leave hotel rooms neat.

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed Carole, but this is a condo/hotel, so every room is different. Yes, we do charge for EXCESSIVE trash and dishes, if it is typical amount there is no charge. Lastly, they are housekeepers not maids.
