Nice hotel but service was patchy and a bit bizarre at times. Beds for the kids weren’t made up for our arrival and then the receptionist ended up having to do it because housekeeping had gone home. Checkin was lengthy. A shame to have no real wood fire in the bar, just a weird artificial one that doesn’t put out heat. Spa manager shouted at the kids for being in the pool past 6pm when reception told us that was ok. Otherwise, nice rooms, location, food etc. just a bit haphazard on the service side.

Wonderful Hotel
We had a great stay. Family getting 2 rooms, we were told at check-in that the rooms were joined and they weren't. When asked if one room could change to give us joined rooms, they said it was not possible. We made due and still had a very nice time at the hotel. It has a lovely sauna area that is constantly maintained and clean. Breakfast was also very nice and a good variety. Staff really went the extra mile to assist with finding my spouse activities to do while we ski'd. They were great. The only downside to the whole stay was the unbelievable lack of TV channels. Tons of names of channels, only a few actually worked. And unlike other countries, we could not change the language of the movies. Wifi worked fine for everything we used it for.

If your shabbos observant this is a great location for the weekday but for shabbos there's a problem with going up the stairs. To open the door you need a electronic key and the hotel won't get someone to open it for you. find somewhere else for shabbos!

Modern hotel with amazing staff!
The amaron is a stylish and modern hotel and we both loved the design of it. Also the room was beautiful and very clean and comfy. We felt really good at the hotel. But what‘s best of all, is the staff. They are amazingly professional and would go every extra mile to make you feel comfortable. The hotel takes complaints very seriously and adresses them with kindness and unexpected and unequalled sort of compensations. Actually, they couldn’t do better any more, because they are already just doing it perfectly.

Great Hotel at excellent value, almost 5*
Great Hotel with top facilities and great location for davos. Nice pool and sauna, good access and large airy rooms. Some details prevent the hotel from 5* status: many kids by the pool, a generic and soul-less breakfast (with mediocre fruit juice or bread), and OK-only bedding. Couldn't connect to Wifi. The hotel was pretty empty when we were there and the upgrade to suite felt nice.

Nice clean hotel, with great service. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. WiFi speed was good, and the pool was very enjoyable. The hotel is very accommodating for families with kids with a nice play room with many toys. I would like to see more options for salads during breakfast.

Chic comfy hotel with nice view
It’s a nice and modern hotel. Room with nice balcony looking out to snow mountains. Breakfast selection was enough quality can be better. Abit difficult to get to if you don’t know the way, car park always full and need to park next door but it’s jot connected to the hotel car park which makes the trip abit tricky Sao if you have luggage with you. Room size is good but no bathtub. Overall good value for its price. Will stay again.

My wife, my daughter and I checked in room 102 on 22nd Dec 2018 for 7 nights. This is the second time we come to Davos, Switzerland. The first time (Feb 2018) we stayed in Intercontinental, this time (Dec 2018) we stayed in Ameron. To be honest, WOW is an understatement. Ameron exceeded my expectation in all areas. For example: friendly staff, highly visible management, clean and tidy room, good location for going to different ski areas, good ambience bar & restaurant. Also, we are on half board and I am very happy with the quality of the food and service offered. I love Ameron so much that I must give it a 5 stars rating. Thank you Ameron!!

This is a newish hotel the locals say has good prices to make its name - and it is succeeding, in my opinion. The buffet breakfast is superb and the small but functional gym and good sized indoor pool are just what you need,

Charm & friendly staff!
Such friendly desk staff at checkin & the hotel is well located close to a bus stop & between the 2 train stations in Davos. Loved the decor! Breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety & the hotel even started breakfast at 5am before a big local trail running event. Would definitely stay there again!

Excellent hotel. Only downside is the WiFi isn’t that great. Great breakfast spread and excellent service. Very nice pool area and fitness center. Great location too. The city view rooms are amazing! Wake up to snow capped mountains and blue skies!

A beautiful hotel in a convenient area. Restaurants were a little stuffy for us, so we ate at restaurants in town instead. Nice pool/gym/sauna

Bad weekend to stay
We went to this hotel especially for the comfort and because it has a few options to have fun with kids. What we didn’t expected was that after the World economic forum we would have so many excuses. To start the checkin would be possible just after 3pm (that’s ok, we can manage it), but after that we wanted the hotel that we booked. The playroom (that the kids were excited about) was closed during all the weekend (our stay) and the service at the restaurant was awful (just two or three people working). We needed to wait almost one hour for the food with the tired kids. We went to Davos, and this hotel to spend a nice time with family and friends and we had a lot of stress. I have invited a couple of friends with two kids to come with us because it’s a kids friendly hotel and we are all disappointed. I never went in a ‘regular ‘ weekend, but I imagine that would nice as the rooms are very comfortable, the hotel is nice and they have a good breakfast! I hope it would be better my next experience at Davos...
