The breakfast staff were outstanding. They exceeded in their serving skills. They were kind. There were 2 females who really made the group I was with (which was 14 of us) feel welcomed and so comfortable. I applaud them for truly knowing what customer service is. God bless you all.

We did not ask for handicap rooms & bed was too low. The hotel needs to replace stained furniture & carpet. Needs good cleaning on corners!

I booked the one bedroom suite, it was spacious; however some of the tiles in the bathroom floor were loose and the bottom of the bathroom door was rusty! The hotel provides breakfast, which is included in your booking (so that’s a plus). The property seems to be old and in need of a refurbishment! The staff was friendly.

Everything would have been great if the bathroom wasn't dirty. The floor was dirty, broken tile, mold in corner of tub along with messed up showerhead and TV remote sucked! Noisy from highway but the beds were great and breakfast was delicious! Staff was very professional and hoping to speak with manager this week about issues so we shall see.

The shower drain stopper wasn’t intact and the water wasn’t that warm. Other than that, the staff were very nice and courteous, pretty clean. Overall, decent stay for our family. Would stay here again.

The itself hotel is nice and clean. However, it’s right off the highway and it’s surroundings don’t seem safe for someone traveling alone.

When I went to check-in, I gave the staff my name and she said they were sold out and that I needed to call Expedia because she didn’t have any reservations under my name. Even though I spelled my last name for her, she would not really even check her computer. She ended up asking for the name after I insisted and she finally listened to how my last name was spelled and found the reservation. She was very rude about turning me away right away and originally said that there were no bookings for Expedia for that day, which was obviously not true.
