We have however not mis-advertised our properties.Yes, we have 2 properties separated by road and 800 meters apart. The Serene Hotel is a low budget hotel as compared to the Beach Resort which offers 3 star standard facilities.We hope to host you in the Beach Resort next time you plan a stay with us.

In the meantime, accept our sincere apologies for any inconveniences caused and it would never be the intention of the Hotel Management to subject or let our valued guests be subjected to any sort of extortion or fraud whatsoever. Please note that the Bar Services are outsourced and not directly linked to Hotel Management, however we shall present this case to the Bar Management to investigate and take appropriate action on the staff involved.
