Unfortunately, I only was here all of about 20-30 minutes. Long enough to check in, go to my room, and start unpacking. Shortly after being there my daughter spotted a dead roach flipped over on its back :-(. My daughters and I had to find another hotel for the night.

This is a hotel for people with dogs. We were given a room next to one with a barking dog. It was so loud we had to change rooms. The front staff was helpful to do that. The hotel should keep the dog rooms separate from those not traveling with dogs. And I found the hotel unattractive because of the brown carpet. I will not go back.

Our room flooded at some point during the night and all we could hear were drills and banging from the next room over where it came from. Our clothes were soaked…it was so uncomfortable. They didn’t do anything about it. No discount or reimbursement.

During the evening, the casing for our room's HVAC unit began vibrating loudly. We couldn't stop it from making loud noises every time it switched on. The noises interrupted our sleep.

Wi-fi wouldn’t work in the room. I walked onto the lobby balcony & asked person at desk if there was a problem with the wi-fi & he said no. He asked if I could get it there in the lobby & said yes but when I go in the room I lose it. He said well at least you can get it there & just turned away. So such a bummer on no wi-fi in room & how person at the front desk handled it.

Dalton was great!
First impression was that the lobby smelled really good! There was some obvious wear in the bathroom but overall it looked clean. Breakfast was decent

Decent location but could use more lighting and security for parking areas. We left the tag on the door for fresh towels but none were delivered. Mattresses VERY worn and soft. Coffee machine in breakfast area not working for most products. Shampoo and conditioner but no soap in shower.

We had a short overnight stay - got in 9PM and left the next morning at 4AM. Ther (ae wasn't anyone at the front desk so after a very short wait I left my keys at the front desk (as had 2 others) and left because I know they had my credit card on file...Like I say very short stay we needed to get thru Atlanta by early morning.

Disappointing
Reception was the best part. Newbie at the desk but was very helpful and efficient. Room was clean and located in an area that we prefer. Bathroom was not well thought out, Heat/AC unit was very loud. Doors were designed to slam so were very loud at all hours of the morning. Mattress needed replacing and furniture was dated. TV did not have guide nor information about individual channels. The breakfast was normal but even arriving at 7:45 am meant no toast (bread) available nor ham in the chaffing dishes and cold coffee. On the bright side, the shower was fantastic!
