The room was reasonably clean, exterior was clean and kept up, the staff was courteous but we had someone upstairs who had children and they ran around all hours of the night. I also was never able to find an ice machine but then later saw the refrigerator has one but it was turned off. Overall good experience and will probably stay again if I return to the area.

The entrance to the second building where our suite was located was dirty and smelled really bad. The buttons on the elevator were hanging out and looked unsafe. The furnitures in the room were old looking and some were torn. The beds were just a frame that’s was soo weak and a head board attached to the wall. As if these weren’t bad enough, when it was time to sleep, came the noise. There was so much noise that our kids were terrified. It did not stop for hours. There were no phones in the rooms to connect to the receptionist, so we had to go all the way to the next building to make a report only to be told to call the main line with our cell phones and that there weren’t enough staff to deal with our issue. We checked out instantly for fear of our safety that same moment, after just a few hours of checkin. Again we were told there was no one to process our checkout the same day. That we could leave and someone will handle it the following day. Three days later, I called and was told that we were charged for staying the night and that we left the room due to a family emergency. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Perhaps it’s a long term rental that they are trying to mix it up with short stays. Even so, the conditions are deplorable. The reviews on Expedia are misleading.

I stayed with two small children, it was safe, quiet, and so clean—enough room to keep my kids entertained and occupied. The front desk response was always there and helpful. My only feedback is that some of the TV stuff is hard to figure out.

Love that we have two rooms and that it is apartment type property. Ac works well. And has washer and dryer. Kitchen is clean and well equipped. Ac works well. Parking is easy. I totally recommend.

The property is setup like a 4-story midsize apartment complex. Even though there were a lot of cars in the parking lot, it never felt crowded. Unfortunately, the walls are very thin, and it’s easy to hear neighboring guests coughing and walking around. There were also no toiletries in the bathrooms other than shampoo and conditioner. Overall, it’S.A. good deal for a 2-bedroom suite for 1-2 nights.
