Rain storm came and windows leaked water, no water pressure in the bathroom sink or shower, housekeeping does not clean room every day, some parking valets are not honest, mattress leans makes you feel like your going to roll out of the bed, had to complain to management twice about water pressure, night attendant told me she would talk to management about all of this and do something and they did not. You can’t enjoy the property as you will share it not only with the homeless that cuss you out if you do not give them any money or cigarettes it you share the property with the security guards that have to run the homeless off. Breakfast that is served is very hard bacon that’s greasy, watery eggs, waffles they were ok and microwave sausage egg and cheese biscuits. They have bread, bagels and cold cereal. Not much to choose from. During check out the desk attendant that I had to yell hello to after standing there for 10 minutes presents himself with a very dirty shirt, looked like his last 3 meals ran down the front of it, his pants were dirty and he was super rude when I asked for a receipt and told me I’d have to go to Expedia for a receipt since I booked with them. Just know when you show up to this property you will give them a credit card and they charge it for incidentals at the cost of 200 dollars and then tell you it can take up to 15 days to refund. The swimming pool I do not recommend. Pick another hotel do not recommend this one at all!
