"Our room was ready three hours before the official check-in time, which was a great start to our stay. When we checked in, the front desk noticed we were celebrating my daughter's birthday and generously offered complimentary gelato for all four of our children to help celebrate. That thoughtful gesture made us feel truly welcomed.
The pool was amazing, and every member of the hotel staff went above and beyond throughout our stay. From their warm smiles and opening doors to addressing me by name when delivering poolside drinks, the level of service was exceptional.
Our room was perfect, the view was incredible, and even on the 20th floor, we had the hottest shower water I've experienced in a hotel. To top it all off, after checking out, I realized I had accidentally left my laptop in the room. I contacted the hotel, and their security team located and retrieved it promptly, making what could have been a very stressful situation completely hassle-free.
We were especially impressed that the staff maintained such outstanding service while preparing for a major influx of guests ahead of the first FIFA game in Arlington the following day.
We will absolutely be returning to this property for future stays and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
