An OLD, run down apartment complex that they tried to turn into a hotel. The only food and drink options are vending machines which would be ok except none of them worked or they were out of everything. Finally found ONE on the corner of the second floor that had a few Brisk sweet teas but, that was literally all there was.

Expedia gave me a price for 4 double bed rooms, and upon arrival to check in. The hotel staff didn't respect that price, and could actually have the 4 rooms, but paying an extra fee, for which we had to be relocated to another hotel.

After booking with Expedia, upon arrival to OYO they requested an extra $40.00 from me because “Expedias rate is too low and they don’t have to honor Expedias price. I arrive @ 2:50pm(10 mins before check in). I was not able to get into my room until 4:30pm because it hadn’t been cleaned. Terrible terrible place

The property was dirty. I had to keep shoes or socks on, and they turned black on the bottom. The sheets had holes in them. The lights in the hallway stayed on all night and the curtains did not block them. It was a bait and switch. I booked 3 nights for one bed and when I made it there, they switched it to a more expansive messed up room at a higher cost.

Apparently they don’t have the rooms you reserve available so when you show up they simply tell you to call your booking agent for a refund. I had to pay extra so I had a place to sleep for the night.

The outside of the building is very dirty, my room did not have a sofa or a desk or a TV in the suite. There was no hairdryer and no shampoo or conditioner or lotion provided. There was also a contractor cutting tile three doors down from my room, I left and didn’t even stay the night.

I had a good stay with my little dogs as I was traveling with my business. The property was in fair condition but could do with some work. The hot plate in the kitchenette was cracked and you had to play with the knobs to get the burners to stay on high to boil anything. The coffee pot did not work in our room. Luckily I had my own pot and kettle packed as well as plastic cutlery and dishes as there is nothing provided in the kitchenette units beyond the appliances. Weather stripping on the door was non-existent and air/light/dust came through the doorway.

When I got to the property the room I booked wasn’t available even though I had already paid for it. So I was required to pay additional money for a better room where the tv wouldn’t turn on at all and half the outlets didn’t work.

Property was w/o Hot Water for 2 days. Pictures were better and showed more furniture the the room. Kitchenette has a hot plate and fridge, but NO microwave. No table or easy chairs to watch tv, which was higher on the wall the would be necessary. Only place to watch tv was on the bed which was 20 to 25 ft away. Saw a couple of bug, so there' had to be more. Never staying here again.

The room was inconvenient as there were no surfaces like night stands or desks. Our room was missing the tv remote which we reported to the front desk and at first they were unhelpful but eventually found a remote that worked. In the morning we attempted to plug in the coffee pot but had to move the fridge to do so. Behind the fridge there was a nest of cockroaches that scurried in all directions. It was disgusting and when we informed the front desk they made no apologies or attempts to make us happy, they simply said they’d let the exterminator know. Will never stay here again.

Booked the hotel 3 months in advance and was told when we got there they didnt have our room we already paid for and could only stay there if we paid an additional amount for an upgraded room.

This hotel is in unacceptable living conditions. It a dilapidated building site, with crumbling walls, bannisters and walkways, broken infrastructure machinery, equipment along the walkways, paint splattered everywhere, including across our room door, trash and cigarettes on the floor, etc. The room was sub-standard, with ZERO comparison to the photos on WOTIF. We took many photos as proof. We never checked in and for the first time ever using WOTIF, we demanded a refund.

The property was in poor shape, vandalism, front desk staff was slow and not helpful. The quoted price on Expedia was NOT honored by the hotel so I had to pay $50 more. The bedsheets were itchy and blankets thin, ac/heater was broken, kitchen was just a microwave and there was no chair or area to eat. There were no nightstands by the bed and there were roaches in my room.

I think Expedia should review this business so it should not be available for people to book. I have been staying at hotels for last over 30 years and this is the worst place I stayed. All pictures at site are old and nice looking but in reality this place is no more than a junkyard.
