We were unaware that they only offered valet parking. This was expensive and made us late to more than one reservation during our stay because one of the drivers didn’t know how to start our rental. It was also very disappointing that Expedia listed a pool as an amenity, but the pool had been closed for months and showed a banner on the hotel’s website, very disappointing. Staff was wonderful and accommodating.

We were met with the Valet, appropriately dressed and knowledgeable. Go through the door to be greeted by two young women, one new, one is shreaded jeans, neither in any sort of uniform. The new person needed some help and the other had to look upfrom her phone to assist her. There was trash in the floor, ripped upholstery on some of the furniture. We made it to our floor, it was still under an upgrade, no big, it was just some walpaper that was being finished. In the room, there was new walpaper and carpet. The bathroom looked reasonably new. The faucet was not very tight. Wen you turned on the hot water, the entire faucet would move. The toilet took approximately 20 minutes for the tank to refill. There was mildew in the corner of the window, there was a leak in the ceiling over the window at the end by the bed, you could hear it dripping inside the header. The checkout process want very difficult. The bed and the pillows were comfortable, no noise on the floor. The doorbell is horrifically loud!! All in all it was a good room. Great location.

So if you stay here you will be charged 40 every day you stay the night and they told us there was no where else to park that wouldn’t charge you at least 20 but we found a parking spot for 13 bucks and some of staff the clerks and valet were super rude

The hotel is in the downtown, close to the Mavericks home court. I even went to watch an NBA game. The room is clean and tidy, and the service attitude is good However ,I booked the hotel after seeing that they had mini golf. When I checked in, the mini golf equipment looked very old and could not be used normally.

Charged extra $40 a day for terrible valet service. Hotel is doing renovations so it was loud and disorganized. Multiple services weren’t available. No hot water on the last day. Front desk was rude and dismissive.

Staff was friendly & very helpful.. Sticky floors, no hot water at bathroom sink, light switches didn't always work, pool was unavailable, breakfast was very bland with nasty eggs.. Disappointed overall, we will not pick this hotel again.. Have stayed in much better hotels that cost 1/2 as much..

Loved the room at 600ft… it was a good size room for downtown we stayed on 8th floor which gave us an excellent view of the city. The location was the best, tons of restaurant in walking distance. To notch valet service, these guys don’t have you waiting for your car. Very professional and friendly. We were so happy with hotel that we encouraged our other family members to get room in the same hotel.

The property is quite nice. But when I booked this hotel online, I specifically asked for something pet friendly. Yes, this place is pet friendly, but nowhere during the booking was I told that I would have to pay $75 for each pet. That added $150 to my one night stay! Also, there are no convenient facilities for my dogs to go outside. The closest place for them to go is a park that is a block and a half away. It would definitely be a nice place for them to go if it wasn't overrun with homeless people that were in the fountain bathing. I didn't feel safe by myself taking my dogs there.

Furniture in the room was in bad condition, specifically a piece that goes attached or near the desk, it looks like it was chewed and painted over with a furniture marker. Honestly, that requires more than a marker to touch up. The pool was cold, we choose this hotel because of indoor pool and because I was attending a concert. My husband was going to stay with out toddler and have fun at the pool. The mirrors in the closet were dirty, the bathroom has mold, where the door slides on the corners. This room needs lots of touch ups, not just with a marker. Honestly for the price, I thought the room would be in better condition and the pool would have warm water, so dissapointing.

This was a great stay. They have a movie theater you and your family can rent out to use. It was the favorite part of my kid’s stay. Very interesting and unique place.

comfortable stay downtown
First night was very large room on 4th floor - bathtub had several cracks and needed a little caulk. everything else was fine. ac was great and so was hot water. fast checkin and nice treats. 2nd night new room so a little off checking in since i got a key to a room that had someone in it. Once I got my room, it was comfortable. bed very nice and shower was amazing . kitchen had all the basics. helpful staff. nice convenience shop on first level. no restaurant but theres one at other hotels nearby to walk to. valet staff helpful.
