There was a cockroach roaming around in my room. I had to call the front desk and they sent a staff to take care of it.
Moreover there was no water bottle in the room. I had expected at least they will keep few complementary water bottles for the guests.

For a Holiday Inn it was in poor condition with stained carpets, marked walls, extremely short bed in a large room. Poorly furnished and ugly—ratty. Shuttle driver dropped off in wrong area.

Dear CelesteI suppose you are getting confused with some other hotel. We have big comfortable beds and nothing like stained carpets or marking on the wall. Please note that we are near to the airport and maintain rooms in good condition.ThanksVandyFront-Desk
Sat at airport for 45 minutes and after three calls had to pay a $50 cab fee to go 10 minutes to hotel. Person at front desk hung up on me after third call attempt to get shuttle. When I checked in she said she had put me on hold and that shuttle driver tried to find me. All lies. Didn’t realize the hotel here’s every jet take off and land. Poor service. Would not recommend this location

From the parking lot the hotel appears average, the interior entrance area is bright & inviting.
The elevator was dirty, it seems the buttons have never been cleaned, the hallway was unkempt. Room was fine.

The hotel only had one person to check in guests AND answer the phone. She did a great job but because of the number of guests we had to wait in line for -30 minutes.

It’s has a weird smell in the room and the front stuff wasn’t really friendly. Called a day in advance to let them know I was checking in at midnight and to make sure I had my room and I get here and they were saying I don’t have a suite but had a studio. I paid more money for a two queen bed and a pull out room. BUT the other staff walked up and was like oh yeah we have a room for you. I starting to think they try to offer the smaller rooms before giving them what they requested. Disappointed

My flight was delayed twice coming from Atlanta so I called the property to go ahead and pay for and secure my room. I specifically wanted a certin type of room and when I paid the front desk associate assured me I would get it. When I got to the hotel it was not the specified room. When I called front desk for a room change, the front desk associate kept telling me the room I specified was all booked then suddenly he had a room available. The shuttle also took almost 30 minutes to get me from the airport.

The mistake we made was not assigning a room per your request before they were assigned to other guests checking in. At the time of your arrival, we had limited rooms left but to meet your request of high floor as well as facing the airport, we had to change the room type. We'd like the chance to try again and show you that you are our greatest asset in being a successful stay, thank you and our apologies again.
Overall easy check in process and use of airport shuttle. The room we stayed in had a very strong scent that was unpleasant however.

The property was very worn and there was no hot water. When I told the person at the front, she told me that I was probably turning the handle wrong. There was a sign on how to turn it on in the bathroom, so obviously we didn't do it wrong.

This was a 7 people family trip, 3 rooms were booked. Unfortunately my sister and her family were moved rooms 3 times. Initially they gave her a 1 bedroom when she had booked a 2bedroom. I was given a room on the 1st floor that smelled moldy my entire stay. The good thing was breakfast & how close it is to the airport. There are plenty of other hotel options around which we did not know since all rooms were booked in advance and we are not familiar with the area. Staff is friendly. Overall the trip was ok but it was a live & learn experience when it comes to location & stay.

Express coffee bar was filty @ 6 am. Had not been wiped down in forever. It was so bad I took hot water on napkins (BTW not even enough hot water to wet napkins) to wipe of coffee stains and other sticky substances.

We stayed 1 night to be close to the airport and the hotel did the job. The room was clean though older. Breakfast was ok and the hotel staff was great and able to multitask in a crowded situation. The shuttle to the airport was on time and got us to the terminal a few minutes early. We would stay again for the same reason.

The staff was nice, but this is a very dated hotel in need of renovations. The area around the hotel is not appealing. There is nothing within walking distance. It’s close to the airport and very noisy.

It was disappointing. Expedia usually vets hotels better.
Reviews were not representative of the hotel.
The lobby and room were clean, however there was a strong disinfectant cleaner odor. My room was right off the lobby and very noisy. Luckily I always travel with earplugs. The checkin and shuttle driver were nice and professional.

Very Clean, spacious rooms, a little dated but comfortable. Close to the airport. Wish that the breakfast opened earlier for people who have earlier flights.
