Entire property smelled like cigarettes and weed. Dirty accommodations within the room as well as the halls. Worse than most motels for a stay. Nothing 'suite' related. If possible, select a different property.

Hard to get to. No TV, spotty WiFi, dirty room, fire alarms needed changing and were chirping constantly. Quite noisy at all times. Area around the hotel was hard to navigate and all under construction

I have been to this property multiple times and this property never lets me down. The rooms are always clean and bug free. I love the staff as well! They are very friendly and helpful. I will continue to come here. I have went to other properties and they were not half as good as this property.

There is no breakfast, as was advertised. The pool is closed. The rooms are old and falling apart. There are cracks in the wall, the paint is peeling and the wood is worn. The sheets do not fit the mattress properly and come off while you are sleeping. The mattress itself is old, worn, hairy and nasty. The toilet paper, soap and shampoo are literally the cheapest quality I have ever seen. There is no sign to hang on the door for privacy. When the maid entered our room to clean, she threw my personal pillow and stuffed animal on different sides of the bed. This is a super crappy hotel, do not stay here even though the price is cheap. It isn't worth it. Pay $20 more per night or so and stay at any other hotel.

Water not working in shower. Couldn't take a shower. Front desk said they could transfer us to another hotel but that this one was compleyrly booked. Their other hotels were also fully booked and besides that it was already midnight by now and I wouldn't move me and my 3 kids that late at night anyways

This property was Good but there was a big issue in terms of noise. There appears to be defected seals on the door so you can hear everything from the corridor.

There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. There was no breakfasts even though it was advertised. The hallways were tile and the sound carried and echoed everytime a door opened and closed. No elevators. The shampoo was opened and half used, not new.

Well, I’ll try to be relatively calm about it, but I’m still waiting for the management to refund my money for the night I didn’t use. Our room was extremely disgusting. Blood stains on the mattresses, sheets, light switches, etc. broke window on the first floor so didn’t feel safe, the shower and bathroom was dusty and gross, burn holes in the comforter, and overall just noisy and loud in the hallways and very echoing. Tons of construction outside the building so it was muddy and bad. We didn’t want to stay another night so we asked to be relocated to another hotel. I’ll remove my review when I get my money refunded for the night we didn’t use.

Pros: Relatively cheap. Cons: Very noisy; room smelled of old cigarettes; no room service in 2 days; dirty towel; sink fixture loose; broken furniture. Summary: Be prepared as you almost get what you've paid for.

Complementary breakfast which was part of the reason that this hotel was booked was no longer offered. They had a piece of tape covering the sign for "Complementary." Extremely noisy all night long, more than just normal hotel noise. The hallways look like you are in a mental hospital. I never saw house-keeping. Had to call the desk to get the Wi-Fi password and they were vocally annoyed that they had to get it to me. The room was not cleaned well. The upside was the room was quite large. Would not recommend it, would not book it again.

The property was gravel and dirt and appeared to be under construction. The Motel is nice, however, the staff seems to be only two people possibly husband and wife. It was noisy, someone was drilling in the neighboring room. I was not allowed to have extra towels and before I could get any towels I had to walk all the way back to my room and gather the used towels and walked them all the way back to the wife. I've never had this experience before. Racism or?

Person in check in seemed like he was in a rush poor communication, then cleaning ladies seemed like they love to judge the people staying there making faces at the guest and gossiping. The beds where definitely not clean you can see the mold in the showers would not stay there again.

My recent two-night stay at this hotel proved to be an unfortunate and regrettable choice. Despite my initial skepticism towards the negative reviews, I soon discovered that they were indeed accurate. From the moment I settled into my room, which happened to be conveniently located near the front desk, the relentless noise permeated the walls, impeding my much-needed rest. The late hours were plagued by a cacophony of maintenance and management activities, with loud bangs and conversations echoing through the corridors, jolting me awake at every hour. While the hotel's online description promised a complimentary breakfast, my hopes were quickly dashed upon arrival. Instead of the advertised 'complimentary hot breakfast,' a sign greeted me, revealing that the hot breakfast option had been abruptly discontinued. To my dismay, I received a meager offering consisting of a Jimmy John's breakfast sandwich and a bag of mini muffins. This stark contrast between expectation and reality left me feeling deceived, as the provided food fell far short of what was promised and what I had paid for. Even more disheartening was the lack of hospitality and courtesy demonstrated by the staff. The only available seating area in the breakfast room was promptly cleared while my family and I were still engaged in conversation, creating an uncomfortable rush to finish our meal. saved my mom !
I had to get my mom a place to stay after we loaded her truck and she reported back that the lady was super nice in helping her get a room. When i called she was super sweet and was able to get her downstairs as well as needed. My mom reported back that the room was clean, the bed was huge, and really got her rested for the next day

The hotel room had a musty smell, some of the lamps had no light bulbs and worse off the AC sounded like it was gargling water all night. When I checked, the coil was completely plugged up with dust.
