Booked for an event at Dallas Market Hall. In this regard, the hotel was fantastic. Walkable to the Dallas Market Hall, as well as some excellent eats and a couple of bars. I recommend checking out Rodeo Goat down the street!
My praise ends there though. The hotel room reeked of cigarette smoke despite being deemed a nonsmoking room. We stayed in the large three queen configuration, which had two TVs. One of which looked like it was shattered and broken. Moving around the chairs, it looked like somebody’s old hoodie was underneath a chair. Sheets had cigarette burns in them. Ice machine was out of order, and water in the shower never got hot. The hotel also occupied some suspicious guests who were creepy and made some in our party uncomfortable. Parking wasn’t an issue, although a bit slim.
Given the rate of other hotels in the area during this event, this hotel was by far the cheapest and having the luxury of walking to the event was worth it in the end, but far from a nice stay.
