It was nice. In a quiet, non-cluttered, non-busy area. I got a little lost when I arrived, but that may have been my ability with a map. It was in walking distance of my meeting at the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center. And a lot less expensive than the suggested hotel at the Center.

I locked this property because it was in downtown Dallas but easy to find. It was in walking distance to the House of blues which is the venue we were visiting. The room was very clean and comfortable and I felt safe here because it had controlled access into the hotel and even into the elevator.

The hotel was very clean and pretty. I liked the valet parking. Front desk staff could have been a little more friendly and welcoming. What I really didn’t like, was there was no complimentary breakfast. Hint, there’s a nice restaurant next door that serves breakfast specials from 6-10 am.

The property was beautiful but not close to any restaurants; if so , it was a walking distance. THE STAFF WAS VERY RUDE , the AM lady, the pm ladies, one of the valet guys , (just one ) the next morning the other lady was not nice . In general everyone seemed to have hated the job period. At first I thought it was just the First Lady the first morning but noticed a trend of rudeness I know having to work every day sucks but at least fake the kindness, a smile can go a long way. But yes, beautiful beautiful place just give the employees a friendly training. Thank you, do better.

Late check in and early check out I am assuming is because it’s a down town location and it’s a about sales. $45 for valet is not worth is as it’s inconveniently located in the back of the building and it’s a walk. A ton of homeless around the building. Super noisy as you can hear the traffic noisy inside the rooms

We were in town for an event at the convention center, which is a very close walk. The room and lobby and bathroom was very clean and all the staff were kind. The only downside was the wifi didnt work well, to the point I called for assistance. That person was also very kind and patient and fixed the problem... but the fix only worked for 2 hours and i couldn't get it working again. Be aware that the area isn't great, there is a large homeless population. Most dining options are towards the AT&T center, which is a 0.4 mile walk away, but it is a little nerve wracking walking through there if you are solo. But the location is super convenient if you will be at the convention center. Would stay again if I was at an event. If visiting the city, maybe consider a different part of town.

The valet team was fantastic. The rooms were clean. Had an issue that I called in early morning day of check-in to make arrangements for the 3 rooms I reserved to show up to my room reservations not scheduled the way our phone call conversation went. This was not resolved.

I will never stay here again. Period. The facility and rooms are bery nice and clean. But be aware, the property parking is valet only for an extra $45 per night. That was not printed anywhere and we had no idea until we actually went to park. On top of that, it took 30 minutes to get our vehicle when we were ready to leave because many were leaving at the checkout time. Those with kids were frustrated and rushed to get everything loaded while so many were waiting. And there was no "line". People walked straight up and got in front, leaving those of us who had been there waiting longer. It was such a horrible experience, I will never stay there again.

The property is nice and clean. The staff was friendly l and ready to help. Be prepared to pay on a meter for parking if garage is full. That’s the only downside is vallet parking fills up quick. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

Advertising is misleading. The “foldout couch” is too small for even 2 little kids. Who bought these small love seats??? Switch them for couches or change the ads.

Both front desk associates for check in and check out were busy making personal calls on their phones, no real interaction with them. The bartender/barista gave us amazing service and was super friendly and approachable. The room was super pleasant and had comfortable pillows and the mattress was amazing as well!
