Lisa was absolutely amazing she was so nice and accommodating and an excellent driver. Breakfast was the bomb.com!!!😍😍 me and my son enjoyed our stay and we definitely be back if we’re ever in Dallas again!
We stay here when we have an early flight at DFW. We park in Express North covered parking and it takes 5mins to get there. Very convenient.

Lots of construction going on...looks as if thr 4th floor had a fire and they are trying to renovate.
Took a bit to get checked in, had to call to get someone to come to the front desk.
One of the main reasons that we chose this facility was the ability to provide Airport Transportation since they were located so close to DFW (within 7 miles). (Taxi fare was $60). However, when we arrived in the airport we called and were told that they stopped transportation at 6pm. What motel adjacent to an airport stops transportation at 6pm?! None of the drink machines worked and only one ice machine was working. Coffee was terrible. Would not recommend.
I stayed here about 2019, stayed again 3/23/24. The property was the same as it was 5 years ago. Dated, worn rooms. Unfortunately ours had bed bugs. Crawling on us at midnight. Luckily they changed our rooms then and did get a refund but housekeeping staff should recognize and notice the mattresses for bed bugs. Breakfast was decent but i won't ever stay at this location again.

The benefit of staying there is it was convenient to our destination.
Handicap parking at the front of the building was limited. The access point from the back of the building handicap parking spots did not work in the morning, which is not acceptable. The elevator sounded like it was going to break every time it ran. I selected this place because it was rated 8.8/10. I suppose for the price that would be a good rating.
The price was fair, the check-in was smooth, the room was clean, but the " bed sheets" were so worn out they felt like sandpaper, so did the pillow shams. Our sink bowl leaked. We however loved the breakfast!
