The only downside I had was the parking. Not enough spaces. The cleaning ladies super sweet and helpful, front desk staff seemed ether frustrated or irritated at times when I asked a question about parking.

I will be back. Jordan at the front desk got us checked in fast. Bree at the bar made some great drinks and gave us the scoop on all the good restaurants.

Excellent stay. The night staff was wonderful and friendly upon check in. Parking was easy and so convenient. We love the modern design and the great rooms. One of our favorite hotels in DFW.

While my boyfriend and I stay here often unfortunately one of the weekends we stayed the wifi was out all weekend, the service definitely isn’t the best here if we’re lucky we’ll have 1-2 bars- but the front service was incredibly nice and apologetic for the inconvenience we still enjoyed our stay and we’ll always be coming back here it’s a very safe neighborhood and everything is walkable

The tv did not work in our room. When talking to the service desk they were aware of the problem but stated they couldn’t do anything about it. I would have liked to have known before booking .
