Grand Gold hotel is good. We had a wonderful view of the beach from our room. Staff were friendly n helpful especially Hana was very helpful. Breakfast was ok, can be much better with more varieties.

We came to Da Nang with a group of 12 for a business conference and stayed at this hotel. The good points about this hotel: the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was plentiful and the foods were great. The bad points were: the rooms were outdated, the only things provided in the bathroom were towels and soap and shampoo. We had a late flight coming in and their restaurant were near closing time. We asked if they could accommodate our group. They told us yes, but when we got to the restaurant, we were turned away. They redirected us to their bar, which didn't serve meals, just finger foods. They were the most expensive egg rolls and fried wonton we have ever eaten.

Hotel on the beach
The hotel is located a few meters from the beach and the hotel rooms have an amazing view of the sea, fishing boats and the coast. The hotel is modern and clean. The staff is very friendly and willing to help or advise. Breakfast offered a wide selection of food and fruit. The rooms are clean and the bathroom had enough towels. Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience.

We had a great stay at the Grand Gold. Honeymoon suite was very spacious, and extremely clean. Breakfast buffet was extremely good with an excellent selection of great food. Friendly staff. We will definitely stay again.

The gym, the pool everything wasn’t working. It looks like they are tearing all the floors up. I would think he would do one level at a time. My room was really nice though and the people at the front were very nice and helpful. I’m sure once they are finished with all the renovations. It will be nice.

the property was very clean and well presented. The staff very helpful and accommodating. Amazing views of the beach however was a distance from the restaurants and shops. Had dinner there 1 night and the food was disappointing

Great Hotel, AMAZING Skybar
We really enjoyed our stay here! We previously had gone to dinner at their gorgeous sky bar when we first arrived and Mr. Hung was wonderful. We had such a great experience that we decided to stay there before we left. Mr. Hung was there both times and was friendly. Also, Oscar helped us with our bags and was very helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable and breakfast was delicious. I wish their website had more details on the massage/spa as I wanted to arrange something before my flight out- I emailed twice but never got a response, so don't count on this unless you have time to arrange it when you check in.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. We booked a ocean view family room with a balcony. There were two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with a queen sized bed. The rooms were big and even had a small kitchen. Although it was a bit far (5min drive) from the beautiful My Khe Beach the location was quiet and the view from the hotel was spectacular. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good too.

The property is very clean, the staff is very helpful and attentive, the room we got had direct view to the beach. The beach is just across the street and is a very nice and quite place. The food in the hotel is good. The swimming pool is small but enough for the amount of people that used it and was great for my kids. The view is beautiful from the bar and pool area. You can see the Lady Buddha, and almost the whole stretch of beach from that area, and Da Nang.

Nice hotel.
Nice view in a corner of the town, not many places to go closeby. You'll need a cab to move around. The beach is right across the road from the hotel. Staff is nice and helpful n rooms are good for the price. Didn't try the food there so can't comment on it.

Stay was ok. The staff don’t speak much English well. Service was good. I was very unhappy with the spa (they tried to overcharge for nails). Pedicure was essentially just a nail paint. Breakfast was ok, not many options for vegetarians. Lastly they did not have many brochures for Danang / hoi an and surrounding tours. At checkout, they said they could not find the “shampoo bottle” - as if a guest would steal a shampoo bottle. I went up to the room with the staff and showed them that the shampoo bottle was in the bathroom. I thought it was a petty thing to bring up at discharge. Lastly, it is far from city center.

Grand Gold was unique in that they had free bike rentals which enabled us to explore a part of Danang that tourists often overlooked. Do not forget to take a morning off to visit Cho Mai - it was quite a memorable visit for us! BE MAN restaurant is another place that we reached bicycling from Grand Gold and this is a must try for cheap and great seafood! Ms Thi Thi and Ms Hoa were pleasant and enthusiastic receptionists that made great recommendations as to where to visit and eat. Thank you for making our stay at Grand Gold a great one!

I was offered to have a welcoming fruit platter foc but I didn’t receive it at all. I was also offered by the hotel a complimentary one way trip to drop off at airport but it seems that they called a taxi for me and I still have to pay myself for it. When I call the office and highlight this matter, she told me that next trip I come back, they will offer me an extra trip. But honestly, would I still be back to this hotel? I don’t know man..

Good seafront hotel
Large comfortable room with huge window overlooking the whole bay, great views to wake up to every morning. Great roof top pool, but roof top bar was nice but did not have many of the things on food menu when we tried to order, such as pizza, English breakfast tea etc, also tried to order cappuccino coffees in the ground floor bar but couldn’t get any because they had no milk. Very little English spoken but all the staff were extremely friendly. Whilst we were there most other visitors seemed to be Korean package tourists. Location good, on the sea front but a short taxi ride away from the busier areas, but taxis are very cheap and reception happy to call them for us.

Excellent staff who are friendly and professional. Location is at the end of the beach area but taxis are inexpensive and the hotel offers a shuttle van to and from the airport. Rooms are nice. The best are rooms 907 and 906 as they have their own balcony that overlooks the beach. The buffet breakfast is amazing.

Great stay - Amazing staffs - Beautiful place
We had stayed there for 4 nights & we were so lucky to get an upgrade to Suite Ocean View room. It has a really beautiful view: 100% non-obstructed view of ocean, mountain & sunrise. Thank you for the upgrade. I did enjoy it If you’re looking for a relaxing & peaceful place, it’s the place for you-not many tourists, quiet & fresh air. Pros: •Location is right at the quieter & less-crowded beach •Professional staffs & of course the people made it a more enjoyable stay. Thank you Ms.NGA (Hana) for providing information constantly. She’s very kind, friendly & helpful. During my stay, she helped me to rent the motorbike & fixed small problems in my room. Special thanks to her & all the well-trained staffs - this is the biggest point that makes us come back again •The room was perfect for the 2 of us & the facilities were new & clean. House-keeping did good job as well. Very comfort bed, soft pillows plus soundproof room gave us really good rest •Communication between hotel & customers was quick & efficient Cons: •Only 1 small issues was the breakfast buffet not so good. I hope it would be improved better. All in all, everything was great for our stay & nothing to complain at all I would highly recommend this hotel & here to highlight again Ms.Nga (Hana - sorry if I don’t spell your name correctly) as well as all staffs were giving us an excellent service that make us feel welcomed & make our stay more memorable. I definitely would come back again.

Very Positive experience, a first-rate property
I really enjoyed my 2 night stay at this first-rate property. I appreciate the kind service provided by the concierge, Thi Thi, who was particularly attentive and went about her job with much love. The dining staff does a great job feeding everyone a good breakfast in the morning with a wide selection expertly prepared. Be sure to get a spa treatment too; this facility is truly first rate and they are experts.
