Hotel was great nice and clean, close to everywhere in town, very walkable! The only thing was that our shower head didn’t work properly and sprayed water all over the bathroom. But other than that, it was a great stay!

We booked a suite after sleeping the three nights before in a tent on the Inca Trail. It was perfect. The room had lots of living space and a comfortable king sized bed. We took advantage of laundry services and were able to have our hiking clothes cleaned before we had to check out the next morning. The hotel is in a nice location on the Main Street and near the hot springs.

This hotel is overall very good. Just one concern is that it is on top of the hill and if you are traveling from abroad and not used to high altitude, it is difficult to climb due to steep stairs. I think this is the highest altitude hotel in this town. The staff was very helpful though to get our luggage up and down.

We really Appreciated the airport pickup, the staff of this hotel is great! We were able to leave the luggages also the breakfast was very good and convenient before the trip to Macchiu Picchu . Very nice view !

I booked my room is 501 , on the 5th floor, which has a balcony and the view was incredibe ( i love mountains.) and breathtaking.😍😍😍. I wish I can stay a few more days. The breakfast was amazing tons of varieties. Delicious and quality breakfast. And they do have a Porter going to train station to help you with your luggage, bringing them to on top of the hill which is the hotel located. Hot Spring location is located behind a hotel. Only less than five minutes walk you will reach Husband) spring entrance. But from the entrance to the hot spring pools, you need to walk for another 10 minutes uphill.

The staff went above and beyond to help us with everything. My mom unfortunately had an accident and was in wheelchair which made things tricky to say the least but they made no fuss or issues at all. Offered us to bring the breakfast to our rooms, and support o getting to buses and train. Breakfast was amazing and rooms were exactly as described.

Hotel is located at the top of aguas calientes, so be ready to walk up the hill to get there with your suitcase, but if you choose one of the top floors you can have a beautiful view from the mountain in front of you! This location in Aguas Calientes is awesome. It has the best view and the hotel is great. You can’t beat the price or location at ~$100/nt. We liked the room a lot. It is literally right around the corner from the hot springs as well.

A decent stay. The room was spacious with a view, which we appreciated. That said, the hotel is situated at a higher elevation, so the walk from the train station is quite a hike — something to factor in, especially with bags or after a long journey. The most unpleasant part of our stay was discovering that the bathroom had a hatch connecting directly to the neighboring room. Our neighbor happened to be quite ill, and we could hear everything — every sound, every moment of discomfort. It made for a very uncomfortable night and a real lack of privacy. This is definitely something the hotel should address.
