Very, very, overwhelming and just nasty. I didn't get any sleep because I wouldn't and couldn't lay on their nasty, blood stained sheets and covers

The young man who checked us in was great! However, this place needs some serious updating in the form of lamps with plug-ins to charge devices. You have to search for a free plug, and they're hard to find -- I had to unplug the hair dryer. My husband was stressed by marks on the sheets that apparently were bleach, but still, they unsettled him. I was satisfied the sheets were clean, but the bleach left weird marks. Bring earplugs. The highway can be heard, and I heard a train. I slept well, but if you're sensitive to noise, you'll need earplugs.

The room smelled like poop. I got a hotel 2 miles away & checked out of the Expedia-booked Super 8 immediately. I’d like a full refund for the night I paid for, since I didn’t stay.

ADA room with no handrails by the toilet, shower only. Did provide shower chair. Outlets low on wall behind desk requiring moving furniture to be able to plug in phone chargers. No USB ports. 2 cups and 1 coffee pod. Given extra when requested. Front desk staff friendly.

Rooms not very clean. Smoke alarm hanging from the wall. Chain door lock not long enough to even lock the door. Shower/bathtub faucet hanging. Hot/Cold knob in shower backwards.

Besides the door on my room in bad need of repair and probably could have been easily kicked in, surprisingly the rest was ok. Everything though was a pain to get back and forth to Cincinnati, not convenient but that was on me and my choices for booking so late. However, if your stay is for Northern Kentucky then might be different for you. I didn't overall dislike the hotel room but I had three Lyft drivers throughout the weekend warn me the area had a reputation.

When we got there. There was additional 40 dollar charged that we didnt know about. On the 14th we was sleeping they came into our room woke us up and wanted to clean. Then demanded a tip we did not have since they needed additional money

After we paid online we were required to pay a $40 security deposit. Please inform all future clients this is their unwritten policy. The shower was full of mold. Not handicapped friendly at all. Roaches in sink in the bathroom. Floor was not carpeted and warped which is a hazard for handicap people also.

This hotel is right next to a big highway so it’s very noisy. Our room was next to the elevator so all we heard all night was the elevator going up and down. The breakfast they had was awful. Just stale toast and bagels. The pool was very dirty. We just didn’t have a very good stay here at all. Our fridge leaked water everywhere as well and the microwave didn’t work.

Dried boogers, blood stains, & roaches. OH MY!
This booking was done as a last min option due to other reservation getting cancelled. They charged us a deposit (was returned within 5 days, however it wasn't listed that it would be taken out as a deposit anywhere in the info on Hotels.com which I felt was misleading). The man at check in was pleasant, proficient, & helpful however the older woman at front desk was hateful & rude. We came in to get breakfast at 8:55 (ends at 9AM) & she refused to get my 6 yr old daughter even a Bagel (2nd day). After checking in we went, unpacked, & settled. Kids sat down on 2nd bed closest to bathroom and noticed dried BOOGERS stuck to wall. We called front desk & asked for it to be cleaned when housekeeping came in in the morning. We ate dinner, swam, & came back to lay down. We had been hiking earlier in the day so we were all exhausted. Our 6yo fell asleep in our bed so I went to move her to 2nd bed. I pull the sheets back only to see fresh unwashed blood droplets on sheet right at bottom of the pillow. We were exhausted so we put towel down & laid her down. It was addressed and bedding changed next morning, however the dried BOOGERS were never cleaned so we went & bought bleach spray/ Lysol wipes & cleaned it out damn selves. Oh also forgot to mention the two live roaches in the drawer under TV dresser. Needless to say I would never stay here again.

Older property but the room was pretty nice with wood furnishing and floors and a big mini fridge and large vanity mirror and a good desk and sitting chair to go with a nice King sized bed. The staff was extremely helpful even though a few had limited English. They help me avoid getting wet when I got there and a huge thunderstorm hit with directions to the back stairwell. The area around Fort Mitchell itself looks like it has been bypassed for other communities along the highway so this is not the best place to stay for things within easy walking distance. The area also has limited Uber coverage so I would suggest advance booking. Unless you want delivery Papa Johns, a Chinese place and a sports bar are the only food options by food and there is no grocery store within a close walk. It is very close to Convington and Cincy and very accessible that way so I would actually give it a 3 1/2 stars if I could since I was looking for that and it saved me $120/night over the hotel our convention was at even with the group rate. Better than some places I've stayed at for that price in terms of the room experience but the remoteness from conveniences hurts my ability to highly recommend it, it would be better if you have your own transportation.

The hotel was nothing like the pictures. It was old and very outdated. I requested a non smoking room and it reeked of smoke. Housekeeping sprayed the room but the chemicals they used were too strong. I did not feel like the room was clean. Check in was at 3, but when i arrived a little after 4 it was still not ready. We did not stay. I check out almost as fast as I checked in. I was offered another room but I did not trust them. I do not recommend this place at all.

Check in the hotel was fine once in the hotel, we were books in a room next to a barking dog, you can hear through the door, the Highway, the bathroom shower was broken, the microwave was not completely clean, room smells extremely bad with smoke, and there’s no iron

Door was locked when we got there to check in. The property had stuff all around like they were going to remodel. Room was ok, paid more than what it was worth. Our comforter had holes in it. Checked out this morning expecting to get grab and go breakfast but didnt look like anything was available outside of a gas station honeybun. That was an hour after it said it would be available. Nit what i expected from a branded motel.
