We were told that unfortunately they didn't have any left, but they could upgrade us to a mini suite. They enabled us to have a successful trip by moving a few things around while treating us as valued individuals and guests. The spa and pool were under renovation during our vist "

"Before staying at this hotel I had read about how they had done work to improve it and effectively this was clear in the rooms. They were clean and the bathroom was in a new condition. The staff were extremely efficient and helpful. However there are a couple of areas that could still use improvement. The mattress was thin and thus hard as I was you feel the support underneath.
