Great service, comfortable room
Hotel customer service was one of the best we've had. Not all of them speak English. But you're in Italy soooo learn some key phrases and you'll be fine. Rooms were cleaned well every day. AC worked well and bed was comfortable. Appreciated the fridge and the room safe. Due to a silly accident my Mom and I got locked out of our room close to midnight. We called the hotel and they sent help within 10minutes! The drive to Rena Bianca beach was about 10 minutes. Drive from Olbia airport was 1:20. Drive to Palau is about 30min. Would definitely stay again!

Convenient to catch ferry
Hotel is very basic but my room was super clean. I had to catch ferry to Corsica the next morning and it was less than a 5 minute drive to the port. Bed was comfortable, a/c worked beautifully. If spending more time in Santa Teresa, I would choose a hotel closer to the center of town.

We were only staying one night as we were catching the ferry to Corsica the next day. The surrounding area had bars and restaurants but nothing special. I would not call it a hotel as it was more like an apartment block. We kept the curtains drawn as it was preferable to the view outside. However, the manager/owner was very helpful. The hotel is a good walk to the main town of Santa Teresa de Gallura.

I stayed for one night at the hotel, by myself. The staff (the family who owns the property) is friendly and very helpful answering questions such as "what to do", "where to go"... etc. I travel with a moto and could park it inside. I need to use the room for a bit longer after the check out time and I could with no problems.

Situato all'ingresso di Santa Teresa si presenta come una piccola struttura ordinata e ben tenuta, sebbene sbarcati a Golfo Agranci in tarda serata è bastata una telefonata per trovare un caldo benvenuto anche ad ora tarda. Camera al piano terra in stile, molto gradevole, con spazio esterno privato, dotata di AC, TV LCD e Minibar, bagno nuovo e funzionale dotato di asciugacapelli, il tutto tenuto e pulito in modo impeccabile. La formula solo pernottamento è stata perfetta sopratutto perchè il bar offre espresso, cappuccini e brioches ad 1€. Ma la differenza la fanno i proprietari, che con familiare cortesia e disponibilità si prodigano per dare consigli e indicazioni per coloro che sono nuovi della località. Per noi bikers è l'ideale in quanto si può richiedere una camera al piano terra e parcheggiare la moto all'interno della struttura. Un bel soggiorno senza il benché minimo intoppo pertanto struttura consigliatissima per coloro che vogliono una struttura per pernottare e vivere la Gallura in libertà senza pensieri e senza rinunciare a comfort, pulizia e cortesia infinita.

einfach zum guten Preis

Estivemos 10 dias na Sardenha de carro alugado, todos os hotéis tinham estacionamento. Quando chegamos vimos que não havia apesar de estar constando na descrição do hotel e tivemos que estacionar na rua sujeitos a multa ou ao que viesse a acontecer. Aguardamos pelo check in e este hotel também não ofereceu café da manhã gratuito. O quarto do lado era muito barulhento, com TV alta e isso foi ruim. As fotos da internet sugeriam um hotel mais novo e mais confortável mas ao final da viagem, gostamos muito de Santa Teresa di Gallura e este hotel nos atendeu bem. Vimos que a maioria das acomodações na cidade eram simples.

Dernière nuit d’hôtel avant le ferry : petit hôtel familial à côté d'une route passante type motel : mauvais matelas, chambre petite, sans parking, loin de l'animation & de la plage. Bref c'est un hôtel à 50/60 euros la nuit mais pas du tout à 120 euros sans petit déjeuner ! Je regrette de ne pas avoir dormi en Corse !

Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene.Buon punto di partenza per visitare la zona. Ottimi marito e moglie i proprietari dell'albergo, sempre disponibili e cordiali per ogni chiarimento e richiesta che abbiamo fatto. Organizzati e informati su escursioni, attività e ottime le "dritte" per le varie calette da visitare. La camera era spaziosa e pulita. Unico neo il WI-FI non prendeva nella nostra stanza che si trovava al secondo piano. Per quanto riguarda la distanza dal centro di S. Teresa a piedi circa una ventina di minuti non proprio a due passi, comunque più vicino ai ristoranti dove gustare una buona cena. Abbiamo alloggiato dal 13 al 21 Agosto.

Das Hotel war das Billigste, welches ich kurzfristig in Santa Teresa finden konnte. Ich blieb auch nur für eine Übernachtung dort, weil ich auf der Durchreise war. Dementsprechend waren meine Erwartungen und sie wurden weitesgehend erfüllt: kein Luxus, kein Schnickschnack, einfach ein kleines Zimmer, was für einen Tag völlig ausreicht. Das Hotel war sauber und die Angestellten sehr freundlich. Für kurze Aufenthalte zu empfehlen.

Super netter Empfang an der Rezeption. Umgehend wurden ungefragt (!) die Attraktionen der Umgebung genannt und auf dem Stadtplan gezeigt. Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert und ich würde definitiv wieder einkehren.

Sauberes Hotel; nicht zu viel erwarten, zum Übernachten reicht`s
Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße nach Santa Teresa di Gallura (etwas zurückgesetzt), direkt neben einer Tankstelle und in einem kleinen Wohnviertel. Bis zum Zentrum sind es zu Fuß rd. 20 Minuten, der Weg dorthin entlang der Hauptstraße ist jedoch nicht so schön. Die direkte Umgebung des Hotels ist nicht sehr schön, allerdings gibt es auf der anderen Straßenseite 2 Supermärkte was ich sehr praktisch finde. Es kommt eben auf die Erwartung jedes Einzelnen an. Für deutsche Verhältnisse würde ich dem Hotel 2 Sterne vergeben. Unser Standardzimmer hatte einen großen Schlafraum mit Tisch und 2 Stühlen, kleinem Fernseher (ARD und ZDF), einen kleinen Kühlschrank (sehr praktisch), Safe und einem kleinen Badezimmer mit Bidet, Dusche und Toilette. Die Dusche ist sehr eng, man kann sich kaum darin bewegen. Zum Übernachten und als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge kann ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Nach Paulau, Capo Testa etc. ist es nicht sehr weit. Außerdem gibt es in der Nähe zahlreiche Strandbuchten. Außerhalb des Hotels haben mir persönlich ein paar Liegen und etwas Garten gefehlt. Es gibt lediglich einen gepflasterten Innenhof mit unbequemen Holzbänken. Es gibt keine Liegewiese oder Pool oder ähnliches. Wer draußen im Hotel entspannen möchte ist hier falsch. Wer das Hotel als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge etc. nutzen möchte fühlt sich hier sicherlich für ein paar Tage wohl. Einen längeren Aufenthalt als 1 Woche würde ich eher nicht empfehlen!

Ho alloggiato in questo hotel per una settimana, eravamo in due e siamo stati molto bene. I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili, le camere grandi e pulite e sono totalmente indipendenti in quanto vi si accede dall'esterno(quindi a qualsiasi ora) senza dover passare nella hall. Nelle vicinanze ci sono market, ristoranti ecc. buona base di partenza per vedere tante bellissime spiagge della zona ed anche per le escursioni nell'arcipelago della Maddalena.
