We absolutely loved staying here!! When we arrived Roberto kindly informed us our room was upgraded and we felt like we had the best room in the hotel. The view was amazing from every window in our room. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was great and breakfasts were delicious. Oh and the pool is perfect. I was sad to leave his hotel. It made our holiday!! Thanks for having us!! Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to everyone!

Relaxing hotel with great location and views
This was a very nice hotel with a great staff. The location is on a hill overlooking Porto Cervo. The location was nice as it was away from the busy shopping area. Nice to go into to town area to shop and dine but better to get away from the busy tourists areas in the evening. They have a great complimentary breakfast served in a charming space with views and a stunning pool. The hotel arranged for a rental car to be picked up and dropped off at the hotel which was nice. Easy 5 minute drive to dining and shopping. The hotel is also within walking distance to a great restaurant and small grocery store.

The property was beautiful and unique. The views from our room & the pool were stunning and peaceful. I loved the landscaping and the decor was simple and tasteful. The lobby area was very pretty. I felt like I was staying in a gorgeous villa. The restaurant and lounge bare were lovely and offered up perfect views. Staff was exceptional. Though only there for one night, we were well taken care of. I would stay again in a heartbeat and highly recommend the hotel.

Great Hotel

I must say the experience that I had at this hotel was top service. They accommodated me in every way. Everyone at the front desk smiled and helped me. The concierge was excellent. The manager was excellent the bartender was excellent. Everyone at the front desk help me. My reservation was wrong and they helped me in every way and didn’t make a big deal about it. This is a must hotel. I would stay here for a month. They made me feel at home. For sure this is as a five star experience. Thank you hotel balocco this was top service.

Would definitely recommend and come back again. Hotel staff and amenities were excellent. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was amazing from the food to the views. Extremely happy with our choice. They gave us a free upgrade for our honeymoon. Definitely happy with our choice to stay here.

The hotel was beautiful and spotless and all the staff were so helpful and accommodating (especially Roberto!). They offered a shuttle service to the beach twice a day which was a nice perk and they gave recommendations to the best beaches, restaurants and nightlife. The breakfast was also delicious and had a nice variety. As someone who is very picky with hotels, I would definitely recommend!

Balocco surpassed our expectations! The property is gorgeous and full of character with an amazing view of the bay, a helpful and knowledgable staff, and unique, comfortable rooms. If we were ever coming back to the region we would absolutely stay here again.

This was an excellent stay and the hotel experience was fantastic. Wonderfully decorated, ocean views, and great amenities (swimming pool, gym, and breakfast). We could not have asked for more and wish we had more time here.

Beautiful hotel in Porto Cervo
Fabulous hotel in Porto Cervo! The staff are amazing and the pool area is beautiful. Views of the harbour are outstanding. The rooms are a little basic but had a balcony / patio with again beautiful views and great to sit out on. The hotel is close to lots of restaurants and a tabbachi down the hill. You’ll likely want a car to go to the beaches.

The front desk was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was great as well as the staff at breakfast. They were all very nice and provided excellent service with a smile. The view from the pool and restaurant is beautiful. The hotel is also not far from the town piazzeta where all the stores and restaurants are a 5/10 minute drive or 30 minute walk. A taxi costs 20 euro there if you do not have a car.

This hotel surpassed all expectations. The setting is jaw-dropping my gorgeous, with poolside views over the beautiful Costa Smeralda. The service from the staff is better than many high-end 5 star hotels I have stayed in. We will return.

Our room was immaculate, spacious and well appointed. Our terrace had a lovely view of the sea. The breakfast buffet was really varied and well presented and the service at the restaurant was perfect. We loved our stay at the hotel Balocco.

25th Wedding Anniversary
Visited during the busiest weeks of the year in Sardinia although you would not have thought so at Hotel Balocco.. the atmosphere is tranquil and calm,relaxing and friendly. The views are stunning and pool area amazing... nothing is too much trouble for the staff who are always available but not intrusive. The hotel decor is traditionally Sardinian and rooms and communual areas kept very clean and tidy. A good selection at breakfast with delicious eggs and bacon, selection of fruits, cereals and yogurts bread and pastries, juices, water, tea & coffee. I would highly recommend this hotel to couples and families.

Lovely hotel , exceeded expectations
Everything was fabulous. Exceeded our expectations. Got a superb private courtyard which we didn't expect. Very easy to get to Porto Cervo by free boat service at little marina which is a 6 minute walk downhill. Guys at breakfast made the best coffee to order & Francesco on pool bar really did fantastic cocktails. Would recommend to everyone a stay. I didn't want to leave

Amazing
Hotel was amazing from the minute we arrived. The suite was stunning, staff couldn't do enough for us and were so polite and helpful attending to any needs. Property pictures don't do it justice, pool, bar and restaurant excellent quality and a delight to enjoy. Thoroughly recommend a stay here and if you can book a suite.
