It is a shame the Parador is not within walking distance of the historical area but there is good parking within 5min walk of it so all not lost.

Just a lovely garden-like setting; quiet, gentile old country club feeling place. Wonderful views; fabulous "roomy" rooms; great sheets and bedding and fab, big swimming pool.

Excellent Parador
Excellent Parador. Very efficient and friendly staff on reception; in the main restaurant and in the bar dining terrace. Manuella in the Terrace bar was excellent - really hard working and pleasant with everyone even when she was under pressure with many guests arriving at once and she was working solo. That is my only slight 'negative' that there was perhaps under staffing in this area at times. Food was very good and our room well maintained. We did thoroughly enjoy our stay and would not hesitate to return if we were in the area again.

Almost perfect.
What a lovely place to stay and we've already booked to return in March. But, we won't eat there again as our food and the disinterest we were shown when I commented how poorly cooked the chulitas was has been a poor experience. But several nice looking Pizza restaurants are local so no problem there.

Lovely older hotel. The room was spacious and had coffee facilities. We had the breakfast option. I don’t think a la carte ordering was possible and the are no nearby restaurants, so bring some food if you don’t want the breakfast buffet. It is not close to the historic centre, but there seemed to be many parking lots.

Beautiful property with old world charm. The pool and deck were beautiful and rooms clean and spacious. Free parking was great. I was just not thrilled that there was no coffee machine in my room and I was forced to pay for a very expensive breakfast in order to just have coffee as I could not eat the food. The hotel is NOT located near any stores where you can get some coffee on your own. Otherwise it was a great place.

Restaurant has excellent food although lunch and dinners are same menu. Breakfast has excellent selection and very good. Pool is wonderful for an afternoon dip from the heat. Rooms are large and the biggest bath towels I’ve ever seen. Overall excellent place and would definitely recommend to everyone. Wonderful gardens and patio overlooking terraced gardens, free parking is a plus.

Highly recommended
Lovely place, room had spectacular balcony overlooking the entire city of Córdoba. Small mixup on the reservation straightened out with my printout of my hotels.com reservation. Bartender, Maitre’d, waiter and the hardest working person I have ever seen made dinner delightful. Easy taxi ride into town, wouldn’t want to drive into all the pedestrian areas necessary to get to the things one wants to see
