Outlets were out of the wall, dead bugs all over the floor, bed comforters with burn holes in non-smoking rooms, phones were down the entire time, towels were dirty, toilet paper was dirty, floor was scratched and dirty, counters were dirty, toilet paper holder was covered in rust, deep scratches in the linoleum, air conditioning was more like a swamp cooler, everything was covered in a layer of dust or bugs including the bathtub.

They put us in a room that had a broken glass window and it would not close. The door would lock, but could be pushed open. It smelled like an ashtray, and was not safe at all. They moved us, but it still smelled bad, and there were sketchy people outside and very noisy all night long.

Best part was the customer service and quickness of any concern or necessities for the room. Mgmnt was even approachable and friendly. Overall I am pleased with everything during my stay at Hill Country in Copperas Cove, Texas and would suggest to my friends & family to experience on their next outing.

Nice price for the moment
The room was ok until i was trying to leave at check out. I grabbed the handle and the handle came out in my hand. I had to call the front desk to exit. Overall price was good for a smoking room.

Our beds were clean and comfortable and it was quiet. The room needs some serious updating though. The towel bars are rusted, toilet paper holder was broken, faucet handle was loose and the toilet kept running, the bath towel was stained.

Property was run down, there was a red fluid on the floor in the room, and on the shower walls, there was hair on the shower walls, the bathroom floor was filthy, it looked like they had mopped then walked over it in muddy shoes.

NO POOL
There is NO POOL. The Pic in the description is old, its filled in & concrete BBQ area now. Kids were excited & looking forward to pool.

I had not planned to stay in Copperas Cove and had some problems turn up that required some work on a house I own there. The Hill Country Inn was close to the house and was reasonable in price. It had all I need for a night sleep and was clean and quiet.

I tried checking in early(12 noon) but was told my room wasn't available until 2. Arrived back at 2 checked in police was there for the room next to mines for some reason. Overall it was an ok experience

Bathtub and shower totally unusable. Extremely nasty with dried up toilet paper in the tub. Alot of red discoloration/residue in the tub under the mat. Does appear property has been doing some revamping but that bathroom really needs updated and made more usuable.

So I got a smoking room and the room smelled like someone from a high school threw a party straight cigarettes and pot smell super thick like they hot boxed it four was unkept just overall nasty and disgusting. I got moved to a different room shower knob was broken off came off in my hand when I tried to turn the hot water on missing toiletries only one trash barrel in the whole room ripped up paint and drywall. Housekeeping sucks and the owner refuses to do anything about it always blames the front desk which was very polite and helpful Odessa provided great service thank you very much to her I got photos I tried to add them but the hotel.com app will not let me I click on it nothing happened
