Front desk employee was friendly. Check in is 3 pm. I arrived at 2 pm and room was not ready. No problem, I'll be back at 3 pm. After eating, came back at 3:10 pm. Room still not cleaned. Staff came in changed sheets and removed trash (15 minutes). Stated rooms ready. Found talcum powder on bathroom floor, dead roach next to bathroom trash can, several large stains on carpet floor, USB alarm broken, and curtains were broken. How do these places continue to receive 8 plus reviews when rooms aren't ready at posted check in times and aren't cleaned?

We stayed here on our way from Maine to Nashville- we chose this location because we had a dog and needed a dog friendly place. The place was sketchy from outside. When we went up to our room the lock was ripped off the wall, as two young women we felt very unsafe. We didn’t request a new room because we didn’t want someone to hear and see two vulnerable woman. The room was disgusting, with stains everywhere, and no a/c on when we arrived. We had to wedge my dog’s bone under the door in order to feel any type of security. To top it off my dog was playing with someone in the middle of the night and to my surprise it was someone’s socks, that were not mine or my sisters. Do NOT book here.

Great hotel and great price. Room was very clean and we loved that they had Dove soap and shampoo and conditioner. Never seen that in a hotel before, very cool. The bed was SO COMFY TOO!!!!!!!! Staff very nice as well. Thank you so much!!!!!
