Breakfast is incredible! Pool is from Siberia.
We chose this hotel for its pool and kitchen. We were in Conway for a wedding and live in another state, so we had no prior knowledge of the area. The location was excellent--we could walk to a number of stores including a large shopping center including HomeGoods. We were sadly disappointed in the pool. It was honestly colder than our fridge. We didn't make it in past our knees. If you're into ice baths, this is the place for you! The breakfast was amazing. I have a gluten allergy and had several food options. It was an incredible addition to our stay.

Strong cleaning odors may be offensive.
I chose this hotel because it was a Hilton and I have always been pleased with them. The service was excellent; however, due to my allergies the cleaning odors caused me to wake up with a sore throat which took a couple of days to go away. The stairways were highly perfumed! Also, under the bed was extremely dirty with both dust and litter.

After a long day and 2 hours away from home I check in for my reservation that was made Sept 13 and was told by the unhelpful front staff that my reservation was “ canceled” and because I used a 3rd party booking service, they can’t help me and so you don’t have a room and none available. I’m pretty sure Hilton has a contract with Expedia in order for people to book on Expedia, but they don’t want to honor the reservations nor refund me. I will Never stay at Hilton again. I’m done

The rooms were dirty and moldy. There was mold growing in the furniture. We got moved to another room. Room didn’t have mold but floors and furniture was filthy. Staff were nice and lobby and pool were nice but the rooms are gross.

Overrated
I always check the reviews before I decide where to stay and this place had 9.2 over 10. It was a terrible experience for us. If I had had some extra money, Id have just left but I had to stay. The only thing positive about this place was the front office staff. They were kind and helpful. Other than that, I have nothing good to say. It wasn’t clean. The carpet, the sofa, the sheets.. I didn’t sit on the sofa as it looked that dirty. I wanted my kids to rest and I was getting them ready, one of them said there was hair in the bed 😡 I had some sheets in my car, so I used them. I didn’t want to ask for another one from the front office as I wasn’t sure how clean that would be. I didn’t even want to use anything that was on the bed, asked for 4 extra blankets and they said we could only get 2 and we needed to go downstairs as she was the only one working at the moment. Then, she changed her mind and brought herself. The room had a sink, some forks and spoons and such stuff but they didn’t look clean either. The hotel has a pool but the water looked so greenish. I was planning on taking my kids at some point but, of course, I didn’t. Overall, this was a terrible experience for us. I think this hotel is very much overrated. The rate and the reviews misguided me.

Fine except for the details that make a great stay
Decent hotel for an overnight stay. Breakfast was not great - so many other chains offer better food choices. Nothing like hard, folded over egg looking "omlettes" that are obviously a food service special. Not mean to be real or even taste like an egg. The rooms were nice- like most Home2 hotels- but there was a lot of red mold around the shower bottom- along the caulking . Had 3 pillows for a King room- strange. Someone else was in the lobby asking for two pillows for his room - coincidence? Overall- they are lacking on the fine details but overall, great location and clean beds.

Key cards for entry into building and room were constantly not working, which meant I had to walk all the way around the building to front desk to get in. The only parking was in the back of the hotel. I was exhausted from having to constantly getting new keys several times a day and going around the building because my key would not work and coil get in the building.
