First night: 3rd floor neighbors above making loud stomping and rolling sounds from about 1:30 to 4 AM.
Second night: Loud 'bass car' in parking lot with 4-5 young people partying from about 1 AM to 3 AM. Felt safe, but very annoying.
No hair dryer.

We have previously stayed at this property and enjoyed it but this time our room was rundown with tears along the floor that hurt your feet and the shower was filthy.
Rooms were still big, but uality there is inconsistent.

Check in was fast and the desk clerk friendly. Our room was perfect for a night at the Concord Pavilion. We wished we could stay an extra few nights as it was spacious with a kitchenette.
I’d recommend bringing your own shampoo & hair dryer though, because those are not provided.

The room was a decent size and the AC unit worked well considering it was over 35c outside. But we chose it for the pool and it was closed for renovations and this was not mentioned on the website. V disappointing considering it was so hot. Also there were some basics that were not provided for a room with a kitchenette eg paper towels, kitchen towel, cutting knife, sponge for washing dishes. The rooms surfaces all felt sticky like they had not been cleaned properly but I didn’t feel I could tell the reception staff.

There were roaches in the room, the bathtub was dirty. My wife was poring water in the coffee maker and a roach egg floated to the top.

Terrible experience from the moment we arrived. The front desk employee was not able to use his own computer and took almost 20 minutes to get us checked in and given keys to the room. The room was not clean. The bathroom was dirty and the A/C didn’t work
Don’t like the $100 CASH deposit and then have to wait for them to go check the room and come back then check out

The property was clean, but the amenities were minimal. The soap was not pleasant, and the pillows were so small. The room above had people walking all around the room for couple hours into the early morning, making it difficult to get any sleep. I do not recommend this place, and I not be staying here again.

They don’t tell you about $100 cash deposit. The amount of the deposit changes sometimes depending on who is at the front desk.

It was an ok stay. Overall, it served its purpose since we were moving to our new home. We had some trouble in the beginning with some of the appliances, which later got fixed. There would sometimes be rude front desk staff, but overall a good place to stay if you need one in a crunch. House keeping staff were kind and made sure to do a good job.

Front staff are on the phone many times. One of the staff when we checked in on 6 th September was rude and unfriendly. He did have the razor but didn’t give on request. Laundry timings to be more flexible

Bed was flat, room was just kind of dingy and the AC would only cycle on for a short period of time and then shut off so it took a long time to cool down. Besides the bed being quite bad, the wireless was borderline too slow to work remotely.

I reserved a non-smoking room when I walked in it smelled like a whole bunch a cigarette smoke, A lot of burn marks in the bedding, no appropriate dishwashing material, sliding door wouldn’t open, poor maintenance, overall I did not like my stay
Overall the room was very spacious. They had a walk-in closet that was bigger than the toilet and shower room. They had a nice balcony with a nice slider overlooking the parking lot. But you can tell that it is very ran down. Had fake vinyl floors in the room that was peeling up that needs to be replaced. Needs new paint. Holes in the sheets holes in the curtains. The beds were hard as rocks. Probably would never stay there again unless they did a big upgrade and remodel. Like I said, the rooms are very big with kitchenettes full size apartment refrigerators we're plus. But overall very ran down. I would think if someone came in an invested some money in to this place. It could be a very nice hotel to stay at.
