It was very disappointing to stay in this hotel totally fake picture compared to online . I won’t recommend to stay anyone on this hotel.. any of those online booking are not affiliated with this hotel… be careful for scammers

Dear Mr. Miru, 1. You and your companion were fake as you could not show your ID card when you were claiming that you were a married couple. 2. We did not allocate a room to you because we don't allow unmarried couples in our hotel. So how you can tell our rooms are fake? We are the finest hotel in Cumilla.

I have booked the hotel with double occupancy, however like basic needs of keeping two water bottles have not been provided. Overall Hotel room is clean and service is good.
