We could not get the TV to work. We had a hard time using the card key. My wife couldn’t get the hand held shower head to work. The breakfast was nice.

I had left a review the day I got there (waiting on a room that I reserved). The next day I was coming back from seeing my ill mother and I was confronted by a staff member in front of others about my review and was told due to check in policy I couldn't check in until 3pm (on that day 2 gentleman came in after me with no reservations and was able to get checked in before me). This was unprofessional and uncalled for. 2) housekeeping never came by on the 3day (I had stayed or 6 days).
