Overall good experience and guy at check in was really pleasant. The room was clean but had a heavy lavender scent and carpet seems damp in certain areas. Shower walls weren’t that clean, still had soap scum.

The room was very nice, I had no problems in that area. However, it was obvious that the tub had been patched for leaks around the edges multiple times and the shower head was leaking and was not adjustable as one would have expected. It may be the case where you just have to shut that room down and have the tub professionally repaired so that guests would not get the feelings that they were tossed into one of your less optimal rooms. I personally got the feeling I was given a lower standard room, possibly because of my race. I'm hoping that wasn't the case.

The carpet and bathrooms are in poor condition. The tub had an uncomfortable amount of bath mildew and the carpet was lifting at the seam. The room door was almost off the hinge. The pillow cover was possibly reused from the previous stayer as it had multiple pulls, creases and long hair on them. I was here for work and I’m gathering the other rooms are the same so I didn’t bother to ask. The ice machine on the third floor needs to be cleaned.

We travel a number of times a year and we have never stayed at a La Quinta hotel where our rooms were not cleaned. We stayed at the LaQuinta for 3 days and housekeeping never cleaned our room. I went to the front desk to ask for clean towels and was told that I had to bring my dirty towels down stairs to the laundry before I could get new towels. We were very disappointed with our stay and will not recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Having a fan in the bathroom would be nice. It makes it difficult to clear smells. Breakfast was average, they had the usual food items however eggs, sausage were rubbery from microwaving. I have stayed at other la Quinta’s and not had this issue. We partook of three breakfasts so it was not just a one morning situation. I will say we felt safe, close to food and shopping.

The property needs some maintenance in small places. Like mold in the grout around the tub. But the staff was doing a good job of cleaning and responding to questions. Breakfast was excellent. Some of the best scrambled eggs I have ever had!

The room was dirty—paint was coming off the walls, there was blood smeared on the walls, the couch was stained, the AC hardly worked, the walls were so thin we could hear everyone and everything at all hours of the day. The front staff wasn’t friendly AT ALL. The lady tried telling me I had already received a discount (I had not, I paid full price) when I asked if they did a military discount.

Common areas are beautifully updated and the place smells clean and fresh. Our room was great other than the fold over door lock thing was hanging off by the screws both on the door and the wall. There were a few things on the floor in the bathroom that could've been vacuumed up but overall still wonderful

The property was quiet. There was a lot of shopping around a lot of places to eat. The location was great. The property was well kept up on the outside however, there were many things wrong with the room my toilet, and my room was cracked and it was leaking in the back, I told the manager about it, when I arrived, there was no telephone in my room. The maids did their job well. However, the floors in my room are very dirty. They didn’t appear to be that way when I got first got there but I spilled something and wiped it up and there was a lot of dirt on the floor, which I didn’t bring in. the front desk people seem to not know how to make keys. I had to go up and ask for new keys because my keys did not work repeatedly.
