The moment we walked in, there was strong odor of chlorine, presumably from the pool. Our room was on the 7th floor and the smell was apperant there as well. Very overwhelming in the morning when we walked out of the room. The bathroom was also dirty, when showering there was someone elses um, hair, on the provided soap dispenser. We checked in very late, after 11pm and left by 8:30. I wanted to mention these things but noone was available to speak with. Just one person filling in. Definitely an older hotel thats been partially renovated.

Room was dirty and the pool was so chlorinated that you could not even see the bottom. The breakfast was not very good at all.

Rooms were fairly clean, but some obvious spots missed sweeping - under the coffee/fridge area. The bathroom also needed the removal of small piles of paper clippings,

I chose this hotel because it advertises "free airport shuttle and free shuttle to surrounding areas". Upon arrival at the airport I called the hotel to request for a shuttle pick up only to find out they do not have one. I asked if this was just for today and if there is still shuttle available for surrounding areas- they said no, they do not provide any shuttle at all. Both Expedia and Hotels.com are showing free airport shuttle and free shuttle to surrounding areas. THEY DO NOT. AND THAT IS DECEIVING. I incurred at least another $75 in Uber/ Lyft rides becauue of these rides (to and from the airport and to OSU). I should have chosen the hotel next to it (Fairfield Inn) that DID offer free shuttle service. FRUSTRATED and DISAPPOINTED by their false and misleading advertising.

This Hotel is convenient when visiting OSU. The complimentary Breakfast was good, the staff is welcoming, and has enough parking around.

I liked everything about my stay and would give it higher rating if not two things that were somewhat annoying. One, the property has a pool and a hot tub and the problem was there was so much chlorine in the water, it was causing me discomfort in my eyes that took couple of hours of clearing up. Second, on the TV the channel guide didn’t match actual channels and it was a challenge to find what I wanted to watch. I have never had a problem like that. Other than that it was a good place to stay.

The room is nice the parking was real tight. There was barely any parking for customers. Frok 10 o’clock went to sleep was woke up at 12 from 12 to 5 in the morning with college students partying and playing music in the hallways, running up and down the hallways, and jumping up and down in the room above us. I asked the night staff five times to help me with this situation and he could not do nothing woke up in the morning and told the manager she said that this situation has been dealt with, that she been dealing with this from two days ago before my stay, but we wasn’t there that day and they didn’t accommodate us at all just took our money. We didn’t get no sleep the whole night it was a horrible experience. I would never stay here again.

The hotel staff are professional and courteous. The rooms are modern, large, and comfortable. We liked the Keurig coffee maker in the room, but had to ask at the desk for regular, caffeinated coffee (Green Mountain seems to be the chosen house brand) On the flip side, there were some burned out light bulbs in the lobby, which reeked horribly of chlorine from the pool, and there was red mold on the nozzles of our shower head. Additionally, the standalone wardrobe had not been wiped down recently, so there were cand prints all over it. As for surroundings, there is a very nicely run Denny's adjacent to the facility, as well as an excellent Indian restaurant. On balance, I would say the facility has earned two stars, but just.
