Downtown but not too expensive. Indoor/outdoor pool, not crowded, walking distance from high street, across the street is the best sunset in Columbus.

The hotel was very nice every staff member I encountered was nice and it was great we could get to the convention center without going outside I would definitely book there again.

I love this hotel. I'll never stay at another hotel again! I felt so spoiled there! LOL Amazing customer service, clean rooms, great beds, looked like its been remodeled. Ill be back!

I have travelled regularly for work and pleasure throughout the US. This hotel would be in my top three hotels (that includes Vegas, Orlando, etc). Very clean, breakfast and happy hour was great, the entire staff was personable and responsive. Bathroom shower was perfect - shower head was at the right height, water pressure was great, shower gel/shampoo/conditioner was in a dispenser by shower head, AND the tub was not a slick-narrow-curved-porcelain slip hazard. Bonus points for the soft close toilet seat. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very convenient for convention goers. Even if not, go to the food court in convention center anyway for cheap good food options. Try the pizza in the bar/restraurant in lobby; very good and very low price.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was wonderful and accommodating. Only complaint was that the pool/hot tub area was overrun by kids from open to close and my teenagers and I didn't get any time to enjoy it.

Stayed on the 8th floor and the room was clean. Elevator usage very busy in the mid morning but tolerable. Bar was very nice. Easy walk to Nationwide.
