The room was clean and the people were friendly and helpful-neighborhood was a little rough. We rented 2 rooms- both bathroom doors were coming apart, there was no cold water from the bathroom faucet, and there were only sheers to cover the window with side curtains for decoration.

We had to move rooms once because the shower was broke. No shower curtain and and way to hang the shower head. Our second room was fine till we took a shower and the water due to a very uneven floor flooded into the whole bathroom soaking everything in there. We checked out a day earlier.

Terrible service, dirty rundown dump!! Bathroom door wouldn’t close, couldn’t get any service to fix issues in the room. Swimming pool out of order. Breakfast had potential but only had butter for bagels.

Nasty smells false advertising pool water was yellow with dirt missing panel in the ceiling vending machines empty they fixed the hot tub but left caulk wet and all over the area carpet old and smelled try breathing that while you slept

Nothing like what is shown in the photos Kids playing outside at 10:30 at night are really loud, breakfast was decent but the waffle batter was so liquid and the waffle came out nasty. Don't recommend

Review: "The hotel is conveniently located near shopping, and I appreciate their efforts to update the facilities. My room showcased some recent renovations, like a nice roll-in shower and quality towels. However, I encountered several accessibility issues that need addressing: Accessibility: Lack of designated handicapped parking, luggage assistance, and the automatic door not working pose challenges for mobility-impaired guests. The distance of the handicapped room from the elevator is also inconvenient. Maintenance: Sticky elevator floors and visible repairs in my room indicate a need for better upkeep. The presence of mold in the bathroom is a health concern that requires immediate attention. Amenities: The pool's small size felt impractical. Consider replacing it with a hot tub for a more relaxing guest experience. Breakfast Disappointment: It was disappointing to find breakfast unavailable. A clear note on their website about this would be helpful. Parking Consideration: I suggest the hotel reconsider dedicating closer parking spaces for guests rather than staff. Overall, this hotel has the potential to improve, particularly with attention to accessibility issues and better maintenance."

The elevator was dirty and had leftover roses from Valentine's Day strewn all across it. The floor was always wet from the people exiting the pool. No tissue in the downstairs main bathroom. My main issue, our toilet got clogged around 5pm I contacted the front desk and they said Maintenace would be there. Noone showed up until we called again around 3:45 am. I would not recommend.

The elevators, stairwells, and building were all pretty dirty. When I got there, well after my check-in time, the staff were confused and disorganized. I checked into the hotel and was given a key to the room i opened the door to the room and there was someone already in there on the bed!! She then gave me a second room and I opened the door and there was trash everywhere and the bedding and towels were all on the floor!

0room has bugs roaming around, faucet of the bathroom sing and bathtub are very bad, The bed mattress can be changed , lol, looks and feel like a 30 years old mattress. the rest of the facility is - ok.

I wish I could give this zero stars. So many problems, they're hard to list: * Holes in the walls where pictures were previously, with most other hung pictures missing parts of their frames. * Mini-fridge not working, leaving a huge wet mess * Coffee pot looked like someone tried to make chicken noodle soup in it. Dried brown/yellow gross. * The smell of mold permeates every part of the hotel. * Doubt they have ever cleaned the elevator, and it had an odd sign with a "max 2 person" occupancy. For a hotel? 2 people? * Facilities totally misrepresented. The pool is small. The "gym" has almost nothing included. They are actively missing dumbbells in common weights. All the dumbbells were rusted. The floor was actively slick throughout, making any workout dangerous. * Despite advertising on reservation, and an active sign in the bathroom stating room service does "NOT' service daily, they did service daily. I found this out because they walked in on me. No knocking, just walked right in. This was even more confusing because they offered no sign to hang on the handle to stop room service like every other hotel I have ever been in. * and the worst part of it all, I killed a bed bug crawling up my leg. I can't confirm any infestation, as I couldn't find any other evidence. However, it did force me to go through the whole process of sanitizing every part of my travel cloths/baggage. I could keep going, but the net result was an absolutely horrible place to stay.

The staff was pleasant. The breakfast was as good as complimentary hotel breakfast can be. The pool was closed and very small. My shower rod was falling, so the curtain wouldn't stay closed and the shower was moldy. The room itself was ok though
