I felt that the price of the room was high for what was provided. For example very limited TV stations and the expectation that I should use my personal streaming subscriptions( which I do not have) to watch TV.
the room was freezing cold and hard to get warmed up because of the high ceilings. I could hear someones phone buzzing in a surrounding room all night long.

Very nice facility. Room was very nice size. Very clean. Staff was totally accomodating. In town for a party, and parked the car and was centrally located to everything i needed to do. Would definately stay again.
Beautiful property and located in a great area to walk and explore. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

The hotel was wonderful but I thought I was getting an Expedia deal but I did not. I was very unhappy about that and still don’t understand what happened to the price that I thought that I was getting the room for.
The room was amazing. The rooftop restaurant had awesome food. The staff was friendly and answered all of my questions. I would stay here again and recommend it to everyone!!
Convenient to many food options. Close to the Columbus zoo and even IKEA . Having the white noise machine already set up was a bonus for tired kids after a 5 hour drive from Michigan.

I found it to be a huge inconvenience not having a microwave in the room, outside of that the staff was amazing honorable mention goes to Edelyn and Hazan!
