I have stayed in this hotel for the last many years, several times a year. Not for biz but because my grandchildren live nearby and it is ALL about the pool. I didn't think I needed to ask about the pool condition when I booked the reservation. The pool was freezing cold, too cold to swim. The maintenance guy came by while we were there and said the heater is broken, it is an old system and if I get permission to turn it on, it will take 6 hours to heat up. The hot tub was barely warm. Many families came into the pool area while we were there all very disappointed. Unless, I get confirmation from you that the pool heater is in good working condition I will not stay there again. I spend $200 for that 1 night just on the room. We also had dinner there. Sheila Hill
