Our room wasn’t ready at 5:45pm when check in time was at 4pm. We arrived and were told the room wasn’t available yet because housekeeping was behind. There was no offer for compensation or a free drink or anything. We made the point that lack of reimbursement was unacceptable. There was a long line of reservation parties waiting in the lobby for their room. It wasn’t until enough people complained that the front desk finally figured out to offer a free drink for the inconvenience. Poor form, but it improved. The room was very nice, casino clean. Parking easy and free. Other than the initial impression, the stay was good.

Brand new hotel and casino in Cripple Creek opened in December 2023. We enjoyed the touch of modern to this quaint, historic mining town.

Super nice on the Main Street of Cripple Creek. Opened in December so very clean but a lot of things still aren’t open in the motel.

Feels like a 5 star hotel in comparison to all other hotels in the nearby region. Very clean and modern! Definitely coming back once the pool opens! Rooms are very luxurious and all tastefully designed. Staff all friendly and amenities are only going to get better with time. Right in the middle of all the action too which is convenient.

Nice upscale property that was comparable in price to other casino hotels that are older, more run down and have distinct smells. The room was comfortable and the hotel/casino was beautiful, clean and welcoming.

The room is nice and comfy. What can you expect from gambling, you win or you lose. The buffet, though! It was overpriced($45 per person) and not many choices available. I have some allergies so already there was so little I could eat. I would have paid $30 max for the food. To top it off, my husband and I have visited the restroom quite a few times due to the food we ate at the buffet.

This property is marketed as European luxury in Colorado. The new addition to Bronco Billy's is certainly that while the original property remains. There are still aspects of the property yet to open such as restaurants, pool, spa,etc. Our room is very comfortable and the bathroom is beautiful. Young lady who checked us in was very kind and knowledgeable. It is more luxurious than other Cripple Creek hotels so it obviously costs more.

Property was nice but received an up charge of $11 at the property. They claimed that taxes and fees charged by expedia were incorrect although it came to same taxes and fees on the expedia app as it was through a direct booking with the hotel. They should honor the amounts charges through expedia if they choose to participate on the platform. Feels very "bait and switch" for a higher end property. Will not stay there again.

Hotel is experiencing some growing pains.. our room didn’t have a shower curtain in the tub. Shower rod was there but no curtain. We did notice the front desk when we checked out. Otherwise it felt like a Vegas hotel/casino not like a Cripple Creek hotel.

Nice property, clean and still smells new. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good big selection to choose from. The only thing is not enough slot machines.
